New Major inconvenient Design Flaw- Update, We are hard on them but they only last us 1 year before completely coming apart
Update: 9/7/2013 -- We are probably really hard on the Honey-Do. My partner now lives in a continuing care facility and I do his laundry by getting it from where he is and bringing it home. We have 2 of the Honey-do's and 1 as a back-up. It is true that the Hamper is completely full when I take it home. It also has to be lifted up, sideways to get into the car's hatch back and again the same to get it out when I get home. Every one that is 10-12 months old has fallen apart to the point of un-usability. The material tears where the metal band is; the wheels come off, the loop to tie the item down when not in use keeps getting caught in the wheels and usually eventually tears. One wheel of one came unscrewed and was lost completely,I am back here to buy 6th one. I do so because despite the fragility of the item -- its cost is not that high and as I describe in my review -- until it falls apart -- it works amazingly well. A lot of the problems could be solved with some simple design corrections: don't place the loops to tie down the hamper at the exact same spot as the wheels, they inevitably get tangled u in it. Use stronger material -- the material you use is so thin and un-sturdy, it starts to shred in a matter of a couple of months. Even the handle strap does. The screws come loose too easily. I am constantly tightening them - and as I said, one time when I did not catch that screw was loose, we lost a wheel. I had to throw the item out -- though it was already torn almost everywhere there was the metal band. But the basic design is fabulous. When it is new it works so easily and wonderfully. It makes the whole chore so much easier.Below is the original review:This item is incredible! It works fantastically in all the positive ways previous reviewers have said -- so I will not repeat those remarks here. The company did indeed listen to the criticism about the wheels and the ones I have (I have 3) have the new design that company stated here they would do.But here is another one -- it is not fatal, which is why I give this 3 stars and it is easily correctable which is why I am posting this here in hopes the company will see it.What make the Pop-up pop up is the fact that you can collapse the spring and basically make the item essentially flat to store until you need it againUnfortunately -- as I have discovered with the oldest one I bought (which is less than 3 months old) is that the tie that the hook loops into (I can't figure out a better way to describe it) is placed right at the edge right next to the wheel And since the "tie" is really a loop it gets caught in the wheel and gets twisted around it so you can't get it off. Hence no more capacity to collapse the item because you can't "tie" it down. This can easily be fixed by moving the tying mechanism to another place on the circumference of the bottom -in between the 3 wheels.Hope the manufacturer sees this and fixes it. I have to throw out the first one I bought now.

Good, but could be better
The wheels are nice for transporting this bag. I have no problems with the wheels, and have had the bag for a year or so. It can be very heavy when it's full because it's so big. Easily holds 3-4 loads of laundry. The strap is ok. It is not very wide, so it does not provide good shoulder support, which can make it painful and awkward to carry when full. Also the strap has no way to shorten it, so there is no way to adjust the support to carry such a big bag. Lastly, the fabric is very thin and the wire has poked through at the top. I can wiggle it back into place, but worry about injury because the wire will sometimes stick out several inches. I could easily repair it by sewing the opening where the wire sticks out back up, maybe adding some think material over the hole. It does look like the fabric is starting to wear away over the wire in other places, but I'm not sure if this will make the product unusable, it'd probably still be ok. Just wish the fabric were thicker. Bag stays up pretty well on its own, even when filled to the brim, and is very light weight.

Almost a Good Product But Falls Short
I really wanted this hamper to work like it should but the quality falls short. It does flatten so it can be stored away in your closet. And you can wheel it around to your laundromat (if you live in the city, this is the way of life -dragging laundry across blocks). BUT, the material is crap - it's wearing around the edges in a few months. The little tiny loops that hold it flat so it can be folded is made of the cheapest thin fabric which in three months broke. I'm not an engineer but if you are going to put pressure and tension on those little loops - they hold the whole hamper down and flat - you would think that you made them with stronger, reinforced material. This is not rocket science. I ended up using rubber bands (tied around the wheels and to the toggle inside to keep the hamper flat to store away. There's really nothing else out there in the market - pity. Hello - Container Store - time to get your designers to make this rollaway folding hamper!

like the size and color
This one leans just like the last one I bought, very frustrating. When it's about 1/3 to 1/2 full and you throw a piece of clothing in, you have to toss in a particular corner or lean against the wall so it won't tip over. This needs to be corrected

BIG but I don't think it will last...
This hamper is huge. It fits almost 2 weeks worth of clothes from 2 and a half people. My 3yr son has his own basket in his room but his clothes find their way in there too sometimes. when it gets full, the bag leans. I guess that's a good indicator to do the laundry tho. When you dump it out to separate the laundry, a plastic liner that covers the bottom's screws always falls out so glue would have been an appropriate fix for that, but that extra step would probably make the hamper an extra dollar for the materials and labor. Even tho it works good now, I can see how the wire popping up the mesh could rip out. When that happens, I'll update so you can know how long it lasted for me. All in all, for the price, it will do.

Leaning Tower of Laundry
It helps a lot when you have to use an apartment building laundry room, it rolls nicely and is easy to get around... unless you fill it all the way to the top. Then it does this "drunken lurch" thing that's almost comical, it's seriously like trying to keep a friend that had too much to drink upright between my apartment and the laundry. Falls over this way, then over-corrects and falls the other way lol. Over all not bad, I knocked off a couple stars for the fact that the nylon has worn off the metal spiral parts and the wire wants to pop through, and it needs handles, not a strap that isn't connected to anything. Seems like it should be around $12 at most, not over $20, but just my opinion :)

Good product
I live on the second floor of an apartment building & am currently pregnant. The wheels make laundry much easier to do. I also like the zip-up pocket where I can store my laundry card. It's not really a "sturdy" hamper by nature but I haven't had any problems with ripping. It stays popped up unless clothing is draped over the sides.

Good buy
Plenty of room, separate bag is useful. wheels aren't great for winter travel to the laundromat, shoulder strap is a fail, needs a padded piece to prevent it from cutting into the shoulder.
