ProFema - Multivitamin for Women - Natural Menopause Relief Supplement - Promotes Hormone Balance, Reduces Hot Flashes, Mood Swings, Night Sweats (120 Capsules)

I discovered this product about 15 years ago & no where near menopause. What I did suffer with though was endometriosis & tremendous menstral cramps to the point of putting me to bed for two or three DAYS at a time. It was horrible. I searched for anything and everything I could to get through every month without so much pain. Along with the pain came, yes, you got it, the infamous PMS. Well of course, what would one expect when you have to go through this month after month. I tuned to a neighborhood Nutrition Shop, just a little shop but as soon as I asked the attendant what she thought would help me she immediately whisked this bottle off the shelf. I was a tiny bit hesitant at first due to the cautioning on the bottle, but desperate so I tried it. Month after month my pain decreased, mood increased and overall felt better all the time. It wasn't a "overnight" fix but I have learned through the years that when it comes to our body's, naturally, nothing is. But is still the best way to go rather than putting chemicals in your body. I recently have had a hard time finding this. I took an old bottle into the Health Food Store where I live now and handed it to the adviser there. I was told that it would take about five different supplements to give me what this one Vitamine offers. I took my bottle and left and continued my search for this product & out of sheer exhaustion of not being able to find it locally I thought, without expecting to see it here, I'd try Amazon. Can't say enough good about this Site. Thanks Amazon!

Starting in my late 30’s extremely heavy menstrual bleeding caused me to become anemic and my doctor put me on a prescription-only vaginal progesterone suppository that was plant-derived. I took control of the imbalance and started using FemCreme made by Pure Essence Labs. That worked well but I wanted to achieve as natural a balance as possible. Turns out my low fat diet was a contributing factor in this hormonal hell. I studied all I could find and learned that our bodies make the hormones we need IF we provide the basic building blocks. I realized how important good fats are in the hormonal production process and I switched to a nutritional approach. I started using ProFema and had great results until I switched to a new doctor who prescribed Estroven. I did okay until I started buying Estroven from Costco and I started having hot flashes and night sweats. I carefully compared the labels from the Costco version and the regular retail version. They looked identical EXCEPT the herbal ingredients were cut in half on the Costco package. The deception/prostitution of the maker of Estroven infuriated me. Then I remembered “You get what you pay for”. I learned to stay with a company I can trust. With ProFema I supplement my improved diet with herbs and trace nutrients that have been long proven to work with the body’s intelligence to create hormonal balance and well-being. I have trust in PureEssence Labs because their products have worked for me over many years. I also use their EnergyPlus to help meet extremely high energy demands I put on myself whenever I start a new school year. All natural, very effective and trustworthy.

I have searched high and low for something that would help with my hot flashes which came on strong not only through the night but also through out my work day. After only a few days of taking them my hot flashes were gone my mood improved I had more energy and I could finally sleep again. These were referred by a friend and I am so grateful!!!Total game changer for my life!!!If you have doubts by a 15 day supply and just try it that's what I did but the results were so good for my body that I decided to start buying every month with no regrets!!!

I really like this menopause multivitamin—it's been effective and has helped me feel more balanced. The ingredients are high quality, and I've noticed a positive difference since starting them. However, the biggest downside is that it's constantly out of stock! It's frustrating to find a product that works so well, only to struggle to get it when I need it. If they can keep it consistently available, this would easily be a 5-star product.

I had a hysterectomy several years ago and was on hormone replacement therapy, which worked well. A few years ago I developed a blood clot after hip replacement surgery and could no longer take anything with estrogen because of the risk of developing more blood clots. After that I started experiencing multiple hot flashes every day and there were some additional adverse menopausal symptoms. My sister told me about Profema and it sounded like the answer to my problem. She has been taking it for a few years and said that she has no symptoms. I ordered a bottle thinking the same would be true for me. I was VERY wrong! Not only did this product NOT eliminate hot flashes, it also brought on migraine headaches, sometimes two a day. I had only been using it for a week and was in much worse shape than before. As soon as I stopped taking it, my migraines subsided. Please, please do not take this product without consulting your doctor. If you are already prone to having migraines, definitely do not use this product.
