Suits baking
Has very distinct taste compared to table salt. Not too salty profile and it suits for my baking. Suits for bakers. But need to look for saltiness as it has texture of rocksalt. Totally worth.

Highly recommend
Try this salt over eggs and notice the subtle difference in flavour over regular table salt. The only downside is I had to get a separate grinder to Crack the salt.

No Kosher symbol
When you sell stating it's Kosher and it has no Kosher symbol, it clearly states it's not Kosher. Then why charge more. It is not authentic. Just by the name it cannot be Kosher. Really disappointed
