How do you refill the water in the globe? Ours has a bubble and the sides of the globe are sucking in like there is a vacuum inside.

There should be a little clear plug on the bottom of the base you can pull out to add more water and let air in. If this does not work you're more than welcome to return and get a replacement.

To remove the black base and insert your photo, we recommend: put one hand on the globe portion and one hand on the black base. Wiggle and pull the black base until it loosens and comes apart. Once you pull the black base off slide your photo inside the globe. We suggest leaving in the clear plastic piece that's already in there to keep your photo in place. Then put the black base back on and you're good to go!
