I believe in the power of vitamin C and I especially like the extended release ones. I normally order from Puritan's Pride, and I tried to do so, but the website told me they were out of stock. So I tried Amazon and there they were. Color me happy.Swallowing pills can be easy: put the pill(s) in your mouth and drink a tumblerful of water, about one and a half ounces. Don't screw up your face or stretch your throat: just drink the water as if you were thirsty. After the drink, your pill will have disappeared down your throat to your stomach.Pilgrim's Pride has its own scientists that purportedly ensure that the vitamin is of the strength and safety shown on the bottle. I'm dubious. These scientists are paid by PP and I worry about their loyalty to truth. Obviously I must not be too worried; I keep buying from that company.

You pee out normal vitamin C within four hours. Great apes and guinea pigs are the only animals that do not make their own Vit C. That is because we didn’t need to because our ancestors ate all of those lovely leaves and other foods just loaded with it. Just think, you’ll heal more quickly, your skin won’t be as damaged by the sun, you’ll just feel better. Just don’t take more than one pill at a time (one pill twice a day is fine unless you want diarrhea.)

These Vitamin C time release tablets have kept me healthy and cold-free for years. It's the only vitamin C for me. Use it daily and you will feel better!
