A great instrument to produce ocean waves. It does produce calming sounds depending how you play them or the sound could be more of louder ocean waves clashing. The size is perfect if you wanted to play it with one hand but I rather hold it with my two hands.

I guess because I got a small one it does not make a love the sound. Maybe if you place very slow it would works. But I prefer a bigger one

I highly recommend. It’s fairly priced good quality. Makes such beautiful ocean like sounds. This is an instrument that I’d recommend for all ages. Babies & toddlers would enjoy this as well as “school aged” children. It’s also very relaxing and healing to listen to. It allows you to hear the smooth sounds of the ocean from the comfort of your own home. For the price I highly recommend!

It is what is described. It’s more user error for not looking more closely. I wish it had something else in it to slow the beads down like some sand. They move too fast so you really have to be intentional with the movement of the piece. Sound quality is loud, maybe jarring a bit

Great buy, sound is amazing

I’m a music teacher and bought this for my random collection of unique instruments that students can explore. So far it’s held up to some vigorous shaking etc. Thank goodness because little metal beads would go everywhere if it cracked open. Students enjoy the range of sounds it makes from gentle lapping waves to loud cracks of thunder.

I absolutely loved this! At first, I was a little skeptical due to the low price. I’ve included video, but I don’t think it does this piece justice. It truly sounds like an ebbing tide. It is so relaxing to take a few minutes, close your eyes, and take yourself to the shoreline of your mind.

I decided to buy it as a gift for my friend after we had attended a Healing Sounds class at a Yoga studio. It’s an amusing instrument reminding of the beach and sea waves, good for relaxation and just fun. Love it!

The drum is great for meditation It has very good sound. I use it for meditation or when someone needs calming down ... it is fantastic! Slow down the movements so, you will have wonderful ocean sounds! I love it! Great buy. Only small issue is that is no case or bag for it, and the surface of the plastic can be easily damaged.

I really enjoy this mysterious little wave bead drum. It's very relaxing, we just get lost in the patterns of the balls and the sounds it makes. It's super stress relieving. If working with energy I feel itwould be a good tool for removing energy that dosent belong, feels like a sieve. It's lovely.
