Very Reluctant Return Unfortunately.
This should be a critical review with less stars but it’s not. The only reason I returned the watch was because the luminosity was not to the standard claimed. This may have been due to storage issues or a QA problem when assembled.Invicta have made a fantastic homage to the Rolex deep sea dweller 126660.The oyster style bracelet contains solid split pin hammered links and a secure clasp. The bracelet really delivers on quality and is equal to most of the higher end Seiko’s that I own. Very little droop when held sideways. Unusual for this price range. The 41mm case is polished and completely symmetrical with a signed screw down crown which works well through adjustment of both the hands and the date range. The bezel is aluminium and stiff. I don’t want it to be lose but I had to remove it from my wrist to make a full circle. No biggie as I’m confident it would loosen with use. Absolutely gorgeous dial face with indices correctly spaced and detailed. Mine was the quartz movement which is Japanese and known to be accurate to 4 seconds a week. I paid £46 for this timepiece and it was an absolute steal. The luminosity was important for me as I work in low light at night and this one was pretty none existent. No idea if every watch will be the same but Amazon returns are sooo good in UK that I decided to send it back and try the Addiesdive diver which came to my attention by recommendation from a couple of sources.I’ll find out on Friday. If you want a daily/breaker watch with lots of high quality components on a solid metal bracelet then this is a great buy even at the higher price of £68. Great value for the money and a beautiful looking watch.

Amazing quality for the price
This watch will amaze you. For just over £40, I expected a product with significant flaws, but the reality was something incredible and eminently wearable. And this comes from someone with a Breitling and a Tudor! For me, the Invicta is a 'beater' watch; that is, a watch you wear when there is a higher risk of loss or damage, such as when swimming whilst on holiday. Even so, the watch still doesn't look like a poor relation. Buy one!

Value for money but a bit overhyped, some QC issues with mine, consider Casio Duro
I bought this watch on prime day for about £39 GBP having heard very good things about the pro diver in general. For the price, it is a good watch and feels solid. I took it off the metal band (which is flimsy and jangly, but that is to be expected) and put it on a silicone strap and it's comfortable to wear. The crown operates decently. My primary issue is that the bezel on the watch is misaligned slightly (at least in my case, possibly a quality control issue). It is off by one or two degrees and I am the sort of person who will be annoyed by that. Especially when it is reduced, this remains a good value watch for the money, but, owning both, I can say that if your wrist is large enough to support it and you aren't dead set on the watch being automatic then the Casio Duro is superior at a similar price point. The value proposition is still here with the Invicta because of the low price but its quality has been somewhat overhyped online. The second hand missing the markers is expected but I am honestly surprised by the bezel issue. There are some sharp edges on the case and the overall finishing is not to the standard of the Casio Duro despite the two watches being very similar in price.

A watch with a Rolex onesie
I bought this watch because, firstly I am a sucker for a green face watch there is something so gorgeous about them, secondly, I have a Rolex Lady Datejust and as fab as it is, the eyesight isn't what it once was and trying to read the date is an exercise in futility, and thirdly, I needed a quality divers watch that could double up for day wear and that I could actually see the date.Anyway, on with motley and let's discuss this Invicta Pro Diver watch, it is sleek and very solidly built and as others have commented, it does bear a striking resemblance to the Rolex Yacht Master without the eye watering price tag or as I prefer to call it, this is a watch in a Rolex onesie 😊.Pros:Looks good, easy to read the date (yes, I know I keep going on about the date but it’s important) keeps accurate time and feels solid. Bezel rotates easily enough and the security clip on the bracelet is very secure, ensuring you don’t accidently unclip and witness your Invicta disappear into the watery depths. The packaging is also neat and practical and once again has a Rolex vibe to it albeit in grey as opposed to green leather and pastel mint suede. There is a card within the box to allow you an extra I year of warranty bringing it up to 3 years which is always a bonus. For the price (I paid £64.27) this watch, is without doubt exceptional value.Cons:It’s not a Rolex but who cares? my only real gripe and it’s a very minor one, is the security clip on the bracelet, maybe it’s just my feeble woman fingers and the fact I don’t want to break a nail, but it is very secure and by that, I mean it requires a bit of effort to unclip it in order to actually release the catch and take the watch off. Men probably won’t have that problem as most tend to be able to open jars with minimal effort, so a mere watch clip will be a breeze. I will need to get a couple of links removed so it fits my wrist better, other than that, I really can’t find fault with it.So, to sum up if you want a watch that not only looks good for everyday wear, can pass muster for evening wear, and ultimately do what it is designed to do, which is be a diver’s watch, then this Invicta ticks the boxes on all those points. One other thing, some people have mentioned that the sweep second hand does not line up with the seconds printed on the watch face, that’s where the mistake is, this is a diver’s watch, the sweep second hand matches and lines up with the seconds printed on the rotating bezel.

Great watch
Great watch, I bought it when it was on a deal. Great watch that keeps fantastic time. Some of my friends said it wasn’t a proper watch to add to my collection but it wears well at 40mm and keeps great time, who could ask for more?

Very impressive punches way above its weight!!
I watched numerous you tube videos before i decided to buy this watch and i definitely wasn't disappointed. I now have six which includes two 1953 models and I am over the moon with them. I have a couple of very expensive Seiko dive watches, including a vintage one so i am familiar with the brand. The design and build quality of the Invictus coupled with the NH35a Seiko movement in the automatic version, is inspired, highly recommended. I keep an eye on it against the atomic clock and i defy watches costing many hundreds of pounds more to be more accurate. Very minor con, bracelet quality is not great but you need to manage your expectations at this price point, you can always change it for another one.

A spectacular-looking watch
An excellent watch for this price range. I love the finish overall, well-executed. The turquoise dial is gorgeous, as is the black bezel. It looks very high-end. The bezel rotates and gives off high-pitched clicks. I appreciate its 40mm case diameter as it's a more reasonable size for a small wrist. It is rated to go down 200 meters underwater, which lets me know I can wear it swimming as long as I have the crown screwed down. Speaking of the crown, when you unscrew it, it has a lot of play. Setting the time is difficult because of the loose play of the crown...The minute hand will jump forward or backward if you do not push the crown perfectly at a right angle to the hole in which the crown's shaft goes into. Once you screw in the crown, there is no play, whatsoever. This watch has a battery-operated (quartz) movement, which I prefer because it's less expensive to maintain. The beautiful mirror-like chrome finish is protected with a plastic wrap that should be removed. The watch looks spectacular. The stainless steel bracelet is adjustable, but I had to use a pin driver and jeweler's hammer to remove the link pins. A conventional link pin removal tool would get damaged because the pins are in there tight.
