Perfect for 20 gal ‘93 YJ. Simple Mods needed for 15 gal
This assembly fit flawlessly down into the 20 gal tank. This purchase was to replace the assembly in a 15 gal YJ Plastic tank and after some modifications it too works great. Had to shorten the length of the assembly and then create a tank gasket that had a little thicker height to allow the assembly to sit perfectly. Also, just for my personal peace of mind, I changed the little 3” hose that runs from the pump housing to the assembly with a high pressure 50psi fuel line. I’m sure what was delivered with this assembly would have been fine but I couldn’t identify what hose it was so I replaced it since the pressures require high pressure hose.I would definitely recommend this assembly. Well worth the extra dollars.

Works and fits well
Fit nice and worked perfect. Used on my 1991 Jeep YJ 4.0Remember to buy and replace the gaskets and the hose. Mine was cracking being over 30 years old. No point connecting old crap to new stuff.

Has worked flawlessly so far.
So far so good, fit was perfect, pressure at the fuel rail is perfect, fuel gauge reads perfectly. So far I'm 100% pleased with this pump assembly. Just remember to order a gasket, don't reuse the old one.

Nice unit, no new gasket.
Looks nice, made in USA. My only complaint is for the price they don’t provide a new gasket… doesn’t make much sense to me.

Fuel pump
Had to fix a leaking hose above the fuel tank on my 91 Jeep Wrangler. While I had the tank off, went ahead and replaced the pump. This was a direct fit, seems to work good.

Not properly reading fuel level.
This unit is supposed to replace my original sending unit. After install it showed I was on E. Filled up the tank and it only shows 3/4 of a tank. Removed it and reinstalled it, same issue. Guess I am going to order a different brand. Not sure if I can send this back through the mail, stating the obvious, it now has a very strong gas smell.

No gasket.
Part as described, however doesn't include gasket as shown in the picture. Pictures should match the product ordered. Set back 3 days.
