Is that a 15 pin sata connector? and is it necessary to plug it in? i'm guessing the fan can connect to either the 3/4 pin connectors, but rgb?

Are you suppose to have the fans blow into the gpu fans or the backplate of the gpu? seem counterproductive to have the fans blowing into the gpu fans

I have it sitting in front so it cools the air going into the gpu fans… it does seem to help plus it looks awesome
