Purchased perfume set for my wife for Christmas. She tried it and did not like it. Tried to return and told I could not as it had been opened. When I informed them that other "Fine" retailers, like Macys' accept those returns, their reply was "we're not Macys". Having second thoughts about online shopping. definitely will not shop HERER again.
