Very poor packaging for a fragile and crushable lamp shade
The box in which the item ( delicate lampshade) was packed and delivered was crumpled and content partially crushed. However managed to rectify the content.

price vs material/ quality vs correctness of size
price is to high for what the item is. product dimensions are not correct. it is not 4x6 inch, it is smaller, hence it can not hold A6 documents/ papers. incorrect listing by supplier. Plus frame is damaged, poor manufacturing or service.
