Question 1

does this product come with guarantee

Accepted Answer

We offer a full satisfaction guarantee. We have found, though, that if a customer does not see the results he/she expects, the reasons include: 1) Use of Terminator-HSD AFTER other chemicals have been used on the stain 2) Use of Terminator-HSD in an exceptionally dry area with no added moisture (see instructions) 3) Use of Terminator-HSD in an exceptionally HOT area, where the concrete/asphalt temperatures are greater than 150 degrees during the day, which kills the microbes in our product 4) Not giving the product enough time to work 5) Not following the instructions If you use the product and are dissatisfied, simply contact us and we will help you with suggestions, or refund your money. Thanks,Terradis

Question 2

Does it work on antifreeze stains?

Accepted Answer

On concrete it worked cleaning transmission oil, and coolant/antifreeze. There are no visible stains, this product worked quickly and effectively. On the asphalt it did not work on anything. Even when following the directions exactly.

Question 3

Does the temperature affect how it works? Is there a min and max temp range to follow?

Accepted Answer

Quoted from DLJ: Yes, temperature does affect the product. The min range is 38F and max is 150F. This range is the concrete surface temperature, which is not always the same as the air temperature. On a hot summer day, outdoor concrete temperatures in the direct sun can easily become 150 F, which kills a portion of the microbes in the product. In the Winter, ground temperatures in the direct sun can be much warmer than the air temperature; in other words, the product can still be working on a 25 F day. Freezing days do not harm the product, it just slows the process way down. Hope this helps.DLJ answered on November 12, 2014

Question 4

Does it remove synthetic motor oil stain from concrete?

Accepted Answer

Synthetic motor oil generally contains some chemicals that originate from crude oil, which the product would consume. I would say that with a few exceptions it will likely consume some to all of the stain depending on the composition of the synthetic oil. each brand will have it's own formula so only trying it will tell you how it works on that specific brand.
