Don't waste your money!
Ordered a black PCU for my Ricoh printer. Great printer by the way. Item was billed as new, but when received, didn't say Ricoh anywhere on the packaging. When opened from black plastic bag there was yellow toner all over the PCU (see photo). Also the typically black PCU cover was orange. Not sure where these guys got this part, but obviously not a new OEM part as advertised. Won't be ordering from EPH any more. Sure, I can ship it back, but I have now wasted both time and money fooling around with this.

Buyer beware not a Genuine Ricoh product
Not a Ricoh product. Came in a black plastic bag in a box with yellow toner on the surfaces. Not about to put this in my printer. Company refused my return because I had it 45 days. Second time I have put up the review as the last one got deleted.
