I love Bragg Liquid Aminos. I was so happy to find it available on Amazon. This was by far the best deal I could find for this product. I use it on everything. It is so much better than salty soy sauce. I could not be happier with the product, and I will be buying from you forever!! Here is an explanation of how I rate my reviews : 5 Stars – I love it! It is absolutely fantastic and I can't think of anything negative to say about it. I would purchase it again and would recommend others to purchase it as well! Well worth the money paid and I am very happy with it. 4 Stars – I like it! It is a great product, but there may be something I would change which makes it less than perfect (less than 5 stars). I would still purchase the item again or recommend it to others as well. 3 Stars - It is just alright. I am on the fence about the product, could either take it or leave it. May have been disappointed based on what I expected and would most likely try to find something different next time. 2 Stars – It is not so good. This is a product that I am not so happy about. Either the quality is lacking or it just is not as described and I would not purchase again or recommend. 1 Star – I dislike it! I will most likely never use this product again and it is not worth the money paid for it. This is a product that I would definitely not recommend to others and I would certainly never purchase the product again. Most likely will throw away or return.

I bought Liquid Aminos after reading the soybeans in soy sauce are usually fermented and many contain MSG; both ingredients can contribute to migraines. Ughh. My favorite ingredient for marinades is now tabu. Why do I read so much?? I never would’ve known. :) But it definitely has helped not using soy sauce and other foods. So I had to find a substitute, and most recommended Bragg Liquid Aminos. As many said, it tastes very salty, though the ingredients don’t show any added, but I definitely need to decrease any salt or salted seasoning when marinading. The soybeans used aren’t fermented, so that’s great. Liquid Aminos tastes good, but it definitely does not have the richness or color of regular soy sauce. But thankfully there is a substitute around like Liquid Aminos, and like most things, we adapt, so I recommend it if you are unable to use regular soy sauce.

When I first tried the liquid aminos I was not impressed. I have since found that it really lends itself to some recipes a lot better that tamari or soy sauce. It is sort of a trial and error experience, but when you hit on the recipe it goes with it is fabulous. I love it in almost any recipe with mushrooms and do not add salt or much other seasoning because the Liquid Aminos seasons perfectly. I have had to reorder since I have gone through the first bottle that I bought to try. All I can say is try it in a lot of different recipes, it is probably a matter of personal taste, but then most foods are. I love the flavor it adds to recipes and find it is great as a substitute for salt and/or soy sauce.

I've been using Bragg's Amino Acids for many years. I find it a healthier alternative to most soy sauce brands so the product gets 👍. I also give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the packaging & shipping as I was worried about negative reviews about bottle leakage. My order arrived on time, well package & no leaking bottles; the bottle cap was also secure. All worked out well & I recommend.

I transferred mine to a spray bottle. I only spray it on my salads, so it will probably take me 10 years to use it up. I like the product just fine. I did not like that I had to purchase 2 large bottles at same time. I should have checked at the local health food store first.

I expected it to taste awful but be good for me. I was shocked how great it tastes..."This is the compromise!" I thought. I looked at the salt content between Bragg and Kikkoman and La Choy, it's 15% vs 42% vs 51% Huge differences. I really like the taste of Kikkoman and La Choy, two very different tastes, and will continue to use them, but Bragg clearly is my new soy sauce mainstay. It's all about flavor. Now with a lot less salt. I don't know how they do it, but it works. Highest recommendation.

Seriously, If you have not used this in place of soy sauce you need to start. Incredibly rich and tasty addition to anything you cook, Bragg's is amazing. I was happy to find it at a better price here than at my local store and also like the flip top more than the squirt cap that bottle sells with. We add a squirt to everything we eat, well almost everything. Our kids demand it on their rice, we add it to salads and also a squirt in the spaghetti sauce will add that delicious umami flavor we all love. All natural and good for you. Boom! you can't go wrong, buy Bragg's.

Once again I order thinking I will receive 2 bottles like this picture but NO only one bottle!! Cheating!

Based on the great search answers, this are a medicine food. Its replacing many foods without the 'fat or calories'. The taste reminds me of soya. i dalute with water . I ordered two -2 bottles , if what search says are true , my muscles and health should slowly build, improving more.
