This is a quick easy drink mix. Just add water and enjoy. I have been drinking this mix for over 4 years. For me, they give me a little boost of energy throughout the day. Sometimes I add Blue Agave to the mix. They are $2 each which I feel is a great value.

This is great for energy. An amazing substitute for coffee and gives you great energy without the crash. I recommend the berry flavor though, this isn't my favorite.

I absolutely love this produce. These energy sticks give me such an energy boost!! I thought I tried it a few years back and didn’t feel it, maybe it was a different brand, but these are delicious (like pleasant refreshing kiwi strawberry lemonade) and effective. Works better than coffee in the afternoons!

I love the flavor of this product . I also like that I can drink one in the morning and it sustains my energy and focus all day. Love it!
