I rate this 4.5. out of 5. After use of nearly a month, I am a convert to this powder; though when traveling or going on holiday, I will likely continue to use the tablets. Pros: - These work! I sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of water or add a tablespoon to my morning meal. I can take 2-3 psyllium husk tablets and they are not remotely as effective as this powder. I also like the flexibility of the powder and being able to sprinkle only how much I'm going to need. - Quick delivery. - Taste is actually fine; I was concerned after reading some reviews that claimed the taste was poor but honestly it has a very earthy taste - almost comparable to the flavor of something earthy like kale but with a sweeter after taste. Cons: - Packaging is okay but it feels very thin, although I suspect that saves costs. I recommend giving these a go. Sprinkle a bit in your cereal, add a spoonful to your warm rice at lunch (actually tastes quite nice!) or mix it into a glass of water and drink!

I bought this to help with my ibs symptom of loose stools (sorry tmi) but I’d been suffering so much before chatgpt recommended psyllium husk. I read reviews and did some research of my own and settled with this brand and its been absolutely amazing. I have been going regularly and stool has been firm, I don’t have as much stomach issues as before and my symptoms have reduced by 95%. I have been taking a tbsp in water everyday and I’ve almost finished the pack. Will be ordering a second one soon it’s that amazing. Word of caution: Make sure to drink alot of water when using this so you don’t get backed up.

A must have for any GF baker. This bag was good value for money. It's the husks, not the ground flour stuff (be careful there are two slightly different preparations). I use this all the time in my GF baking. Easy to use. Good fibre for your digestion. Neutral taste.
