Amazon asked me: "How was the solubility?" Disclaimer: it should be noted that I had to look up the word before answering. Once that obstacle was overcome, the review became much easier. The powder mixed quickly, dissolved well, and did not leave me fighting mysterious clumps at the bottom of the glass. The fiber mixed. The dictionary was consulted.

Really great product. Last forever as I don't need the full recommended amount

I had a full shut down of my gi tract due to SIBO. Once I went through a few courses of antibiotics for the various pathogens over a few months I needed to get my gut moving again. This product has been amazing. I'm on a very limited diet but I can mix a scoop of this into buckwheat cereal or white rice with each meal and do it 3x a day. I went from a BM every 5-7 bloated days to once every day or so and with a lot of ease and little urgency. Super gentle. Takes a day or two to really get started but then stays pretty regular. Oh. I was advised not to start this until the pathogens were cleared as it could feed them, but immediately following the last course I started right up to keep things clear and prevent build up. It's been a couple months of no regularity issues while I retrain my gut to digest regular food.

I’ve purchased this product 4 times and the last jar I got was completely different. The powder was more fine, and I didn’t see the same results as the last 3 tubs. I won’t be reordering.

I’ve used this product twice, and wow! Since I don’t have a gallbladder, it can be hard for me to eat certain foods when I’m out. After just two uses, I’ve noticed I can enjoy foods without that sudden urgency to use the restroom. I love being able to go out without worrying, and I’ll definitely be bringing this with me when I travel.

This is good inulin fiber, was hoping for better result for constipation. I will keep taking it just because I need fiber, but it is not a cure for all types of constipation issues....It dissolves well and no taste ...which is good!

Update: it does good in food. I put it every morning in my yogurt and stir it up and it does good in hot water like coffee. It did seem to help things move along. But it’s not dissolve in water. You can keep adding water you can shake it, but it still sticks to the cup. If you would like to use it, I suggest you put it in your coffee. It does well in warm liquids.

Non bloating and no allergic reaction! Mixed well and dissolved easily. Great product for PCOS, and MCAS sufferers like myself!
