Literally lasted three years with a low-medium amount of printing--without drying up! We bought this two-pack in October 2020 and put the cartridges in two different printers. It's now November 2023, and the cartridge in the printer we use most often (HP 7645) just ran out of ink today. That cartridge yielded at least several hundred printouts in high-quality print mode (which uses more ink). The cartridge in the printer we use less often (HP 7640) still yields nice, clear printouts, meaning that the ink hasn't dried up like the name-brand ones tend to. So, this product lived up its name and seems better quality than HP.We're repurchasing this two-pack to use the current $5 coupon. We plan to move the old (October 2020) cartridge to the printer we use most often, before it actually does start drying up (they don't last forever once opened). We're hoping the quality hasn't changed, but we'll update this review if our experience differs.

I love Valuetoner Remanufactured Ink Cartridges and they always worked very well with my HP printer.But, recently I did get a cartridge that did not work well. I notified Value Toner; and without question they sent me a replacement cartridge very quickly! That is tremendous Customer Service and I appreciate it!GOOD JOB VALUETONER!!!!

When they are first installed everything works great for a while and then got an error and would NOT PRINT. Unfortunately it could be due to certain printers but not 100% sure. The company was very understanding and refunded my order. Customer service is 5 stars!

Good color and last as long as the name brand

I was a little Leary about ordering a remanufactured product but it it is great. I have made a large amount of copies. and they are perfect.

I've used this product initially to save money. But I also needed to judge if there was any difference between HP new ink cartridges and recycled. Not one cartridge in 3 years has failed.I can vouch that ValueToner has a comparable product to new.

I took a chance on these in April (it’s now August) for my home printer. The first cartridge in the 2 pack installed fine and printed normal home printer quality for about 20 pages of normal text-based printing. We rarely need use the printer since so much is just online now, so those 20 pages were spread out over the months.Recently, I tried to print a 2 page document, and was surprised to see a warning that ink was low. What?! This soon?! The prints came out extremely low quality, so I was forced to remove the cartridge and install the second one in the 2 pack. That cartridge would not even install—the printer kept saying the cartridge could not be recognized and that I needed to remove and reinstall it. I did, several times, with no luck. I installed a genuine HP cartridge after that, which worked fine, so it’s not the cartridge slot.So the reason for the 1 star review is that I paid over $50 to print 20 sheets of paper with one working cartridge and the second was completely nonfunctional.I contacted the company directly, as that was the only recourse given the time that has elapsed and have received ZERO response from them.Buyer beware.

If you don't care about consistent black that doesn't fade to brown as the cartridge ink gets lower--this is your product. Not worth it for me.

Good product for a value price compared to name brand. In my particular printer I did notice that the ink wasn't as crisp on lettering, but nothing that affected the quality of the overall job. For the value, I'd recommend buying. Shipped quickly and worked in my HP printer.
