The stone arrived a day early - I credit the manufacturer, not the USPS (which routinely delays my mail!) I was very impressed with the packing - a box had been shredded and that kept the stone from shifting or cracking. There was a teeny tiny crack on the edge but, well, it's very small so I am not complaining or reducing my rating. The fact is, for this price, to have a stone (8"x4"x1"), a sturdy stone, that is engraved and can withstand the elements when placed outside, I feel I've made a solid purchase (no pun intended).

This is a large, dark, heavy stone with a glossy front. Looks nice but we just wish the photo and printed words stood out more. They are very light and somewhat hard to see, which another buyer mentioned.
