Caster Wheels vs Rollerblade Wheels: - First off, whoever came up with the idea to add rollerblade wheels to chairs deserves to win an award!! - Those wheels really make a difference on carpet, wooden, LVP, or tile flooring. - I no longer am worried about marking/scratching up the floor Adjustability: - Chair Height: The main cylinder adjusts the chair height by 6 inches (0.1524 meters) - Arm Rests: You can adjust the height by 2.5 inches (0.0635 meters), and completely raise them out of the way (45°) - Head Rest: You can adjust the height by 3 inches (0.0762 meters) and angle to a 45° angle - Back Rest: You can fully recline the back rest from 90°-120°. - Caution: If you add a foot stool, you probably could fall asleep in this chair. Comfort: - The chair actually feels more comfortable than my Herman Miller office chair - It has a mesh seat and back that allows for great air flow - Perfect for long periods of work/gaming Assembly: - Assembly was easy and everything just fit perfectly into place. Value for Money: - When I purchased the chair, it was originally listed at $269.50 USD, but on sale for $204.50 USD. - The cost was super affordable compared to other chairs I was looking to purchase. - Added bonus savings because I would have been replacing the caster wheels with similar rollerblade wheels. Noise: - Due to my larger size/weight, some chairs I have tried in the past tend to make squeaking/creaking noises or the wheels just sound like they might be giving up on life. - I haven't experienced any of that with this chair. - Especially with the rollerblade wheels, they make this chair glide silently across my LVP flooring. I have purchased two of these chairs. One in May 2025 and one in May 2026. They are both fantastic chairs - one for me and one for my son. The assembly was very easy and instructions are explained simply. The first chair I bought only had one set of holes on the seat cushion and the second chair now has 3 holes (small, medium, large) for different heights. I'm 6'1 and the original was great, and for my son I also set it to large (I believe for 5'9+). These chairs are incredibly comfortable and I we can sit on them for hours. The mesh seat has tension which makes it comfortable for sitting, imo. The chairs also look nice and elegant. There is a logo on the back if you use the headrest, but other than that it is unbranded. I don't personally use the headrest much, but it is installed for when I need it. You can adjust the headrest in different angles and heights, and lean it forward if you are used to using one. I'm a heavy guy (~300 lbs) and have had no noise like creaks or issues with my chair in over 1 year, so I'm incredibly happy with it. It also helped my posture, coming from executive-style chairs where comfort seems to triumph posture, I had a few days of upper back pain but it was due to poor posture and quickly corrected itself. I also really like that the arm rests go up. On the second chair install, one arm rest wasn't going up as expected and seemed to hit something, but I just took it off and re-installed it, ensuring not to tighten it too much - and it works great with little resistance. I probably over tightened it.

UPDATE: I had to up my stars due to customer service reaching out to me to see if they could help resolve some of the issues I expressed in my review. They definitely went to the next level with their customer service. I wish I could give it 5-stars at least 4.5-stars just because of the customer service, but in all reality, there are still things with the chair that needs to be adjusted. I do like the chair and it is fairly comfortable even after using it for a little time but my detail small issues are below. Thank you for the great customer service and for going above and beyond my expectations. ************************************************************************************************************************* I do not write many reviews but this was purchased after reading many reviews and considering the price, I purchased. I just finished putting the chair together and my first impression before even sitting in it was impressed by the sturdy build and the look. I need to add a disclaimer on the build though. There appeared to be everything I needed to put this together but to my dismay when pulling out the bolts for mounting the bracket to the seat and backrest, even though the packaging of the contents said the Allen Wrench was a 5mm, well, it was not. Luckily, I had a 5mm on hand. The Allen Wrench that was in the package was 6mm. I was unhappy about this because the tools looked and felt pretty nice but could not use them. On to the chair and after first sitting in it. All movements seemed smooth and was fairly happy. Found out there is no adjustable lumbar support. I probably overlooked thinking it had one with all the different chairs I was searching but the back mesh lumbar support seems to be at the right spot for a 6' person like myself. In the full-forward and locked position, if you put your shoulders back to the chair, the lumbar seems to put additional strain on my lumbar area but in the unlocked position, which seems to allow the lumbar pressure to be less because the back of the chair moves a little back from the pressure and weight of leaning back. The unlocked position is where you can move the chair from the fully forward to the reclined position and back, moves pretty easy, and adjusting the strength of how much weight or force is pretty easy to adjust. Locking the recline into certain positions, there are only 3. The 3 locked positions are fully forward or somewhat leaned forward from my body feeling. The second locked position is, I am guessing, 4-5 inches from the full forward position, it is an almost ideal spot but feels it needs to be a little more forward and right between the fully forward position, and the second locked position would be a better location for the next locked position or having a total of 4 locked positions. The armrests move with the back of the chair and in the second locked position, the armrests are angled a little back and get to feeling a little uncomfortable while typing, that is if you leave your forams on the armrests while typing and with that being said, could be a little closer to each other for this task. If you do not care about the armrests, you can fold them up, which is a great feature, and I use that feature so I can slide the chair fully under my desk but cannot if they are down. It would have been nice if the armrests were able to go a little lower when they are fully in the down position. The seat seems to cup your butt and as of right now, has a firm and little give to the seat. If you are wider in the butt or hips, the hard plastic that the mesh is attached to might become uncomfortable. This chair is not for shorter people as my feet are perfectly flat and thought the gas lift might go down a little and I was wrong. This chair does go up a good distance. This is just the first day and first few hours but will try and give an update in a few months of my thoughts and feelings.

Where do I start! I looovveee this chair. 10 chairs later and I finally found the perfect chair for my body. The chair is solid but not to harsh on the body. The back support is phenomenal. Instructions are clear, we built it in under a hour. I ordered the color black, beautiful elegant chair. Worth the money.

Update 1/6/2025 I was in need of another office chair and had no doubts which one to get and searched my orders on Amazon and found this one was still available and caught it on Sale so without any doubts, ordered this same exact one. Cayla was very responsive in assuring I was satisfied with my purchase and even offered different wheels for hard wood floors, and sent me a set right away. They also will provide a new seat cushion at no charge. Nothing but great things to say about the chair itself, it's comfortable, easy to assemble and the first one I purchased back in 2022 is still in great condition and like new. Would definitely recommend this chair to everyone looking for a good office chair from a company that stands behind their products. They are simply amazing and provide excellent customer service. Update 7-26-23 Jennie and the after sales support from this company is bar none, one of the very best I've ever come across since I've been an Amazon Prime Member for over 15 years. Recently, the headrest broke by accident, so I emailed the company and they gladly accommodated my request for a replacement. Unfortunately, because of a new design in the chair itself, the headrest wouldn't work, as the backrest is different now.. I emailed Jennie and they very quickly are sending me a new backrest to make it all whole again. I couldn't be happier with the chair. It's made with great pride and the support team are always ready to make sure the customers are happy. I checked out so many chairs on Amazon, local stores and sites like Staples, Office Depot, and others. I even looked on Amazon for Gaming Chairs as they seemed like they would be comfortable. To my dismay didn't find one to my liking. Being an Amazon Prime Member for 14 years now, I continued my search on Amazon. That's when I stumbled upon this GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair. I read all the reviews and at first was hesitant to purchase it online as was asking myself - 'Oh no! What if I don't like it, how will go about returning such a bulky chair?' I took a leap of faith and went ahead and ordered it online, and was far less expensive than those I saw in local furniture stores and other websites. It arrived in two days as promised, and I was very excited to assemble it, and the first thing that I came to mind was: "Oh boy, I wonder how long this was going to take me to put it together!" To my surprise and amazement, it literally took me more time to unbox and take out all of meticulous wrapping which was done to perfection; and assembling the chair was a breeze, just following along the detailed instructions that came with it. I had it done and rolling to my study in about 15 to 20 minutes tops. Upon sitting on the chair for the first time, I knew there and then that I made the right decision in purchasing this office chair. It's super comfortable and the ergonomic design was really to my liking. The headrest was so nice and can easily be adjusted in so many ways. I also like that the armrests can be lifted up and placed out of the way, so that you can roll the chair closer to the table and be in a more comfortable position when typing on the on my various computers :-) The adjustments you can do on the chair was also well though of and such a breeze. For example, I adjusted the tension of how easy it would be to lean back and rock back and forth. Folks, look no further!! This chair fits me to a T!! I am 6"2' about 155 lbs and the GABRYLLY Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair is super comfortable and the manufacturer went to great length to build this quality chair and paid so much to details, such as the legs where you can place your feet is also testament of how much went into its design. Rotating and rolling back the chair are also very quiet and smooth. In conclusion, as you can see in the photos I've posted, my study/computer room, is my 'Man Cave' as my wife would call it and this chair was a perfect addition, and couldn't be happier. Congrats to those behind the scenes who paid such close attention to details, and made this chair very easy to assemble and extremely comfortable to use. This is a great chair: it’s comfortable and supportive over my long-hours sessions in front of the computer. I got a lumbar pillow with it, but the truth is that I really don’t need it and have only used it a couple of times. There’s plenty of lumbar support there already. It works well when I need to sit straight, but it also does when I need to push closer and lean back into the chair. If I had to pick one nit, it’s that I wish the arms were adjustable up because the armrests are too low to support my forearms. But that would just be a value-add to an already great chair and I’m not going to ding them because they didn’t account for my particularly awkward anatomy.

Comfort & Ergonomics The primary reason I bought this chair was for proper back support, and it completely delivers. The mesh back offers excellent breathability, and when paired with the lumbar pillow, it provides firm yet comfortable lower back support that doesn't flatten out after hours of sitting. The seat cushion strikes the right balance between plush and supportive, ensuring your hips don't fatigue during long gaming or work sessions. Build Quality & Functionality The frame feels incredibly sturdy and well-engineered. The gas lift operates smoothly, and the tilt/recline mechanisms lock securely without any annoying wobbling or squeaking. The armrests are highly adjustable, allowing you to align them perfectly with your desk height to alleviate shoulder strain. Room for Improvement The only reason this isn't a flawless 10/10 comes down to the initial assembly. While the instructions are straightforward, a couple of the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion required some extra force to align perfectly with the armrest brackets. Having a second pair of hands helps, though it is completely manageable solo if you take your time. Customer Service The post-purchase support has been phenomenal. A special shoutout to Cayla, who was incredibly helpful right from the start in getting the extra lumbar pillow processed and shipped out to ensure I had optimal support. I also want to thank Winnie, who proactively reached out with tracking details once the package was delivered to follow up and ensure everything arrived safely and was working out for me. It is rare to see this level of attentive care from an online seller. I bought this chair about 5 years ago at this point. The price was good and I was looking for something breathable so the mesh is very nice for that. It's fairly comfortable and it lasted 5 years without any issues until very recently (more below). I don't plan on replacing it anytime soon as it serves me well. The mesh does a good job with keeping it cool during the summer. During the winter I would recommend covering it with a blanket to help stay a bit warmer because that breathability can make your back a bit chilly. I would say this is a solid 4/5 chair, but what brings it to a 5 for me is the customer service I received recently. Disclaimer: I was asked to leave a review, but these thoughts and experiences are my own. I was not rewarded, compensated or given preferential service in anyway in return for a review. The positive service I detail below was giving to me regardless of if I wrote this review or not. I am writing this because I genuinely appreciate the customer service I received. After a solid 5 years of daily use the lever that controls reclining and raising/lowering finally broke. Instead of replacing the whole chair I reached out to their customer service to see if I could just by a replacement mechanism since the rest of the chair is in perfectly fine condition. They got back to me and were willing to send me a replacement part free of charge despite the fact this chair was 5 years old. That alone impressed me, but when I had difficulty removing the piston (the part that makes it go up and down) and damaged it they sent me a replacement for that too! May, the rep I spoke to, was very helpful and I was blown away by how much they we willing to back their product. Whenever I do need to replace this chair (hopefully another 5 years) I will definitely be looking to buy one from them again!
