Can I purchase a replacement swing?

Here is just the rainbow swing without the bar https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XKNL973

Is there an option for a longer bar? our ada compliant doorways are all at the recommended limit at 36 inches?

The bar consists of two overlapping metal pipes, each is 26" long. The minimum overlapping should be 16". The wider the doorway, the less the bars overlap and the higher the risk of the bar bending when in use. The bar was tested for a 220lbs weight limit when extended up to 36”, it was not tested beyond this length.

Could this work as a pull up bar?

It definitely could. Just move the straps to the side and use it as a pull-up bar.
