So glad I ordered the colored glass, because the lava rocks are hideous! Assembly was a tough start because the instructions aren't the best. But I was able to figure it out. It's a beautiful piece and I have no regrets!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I thought I found a fire-pit I liked better after this one had already shipped. I reached out to the seller and they were super friendly and accommodating. I decided to stick with it and I’m so glad I did! It was simple and quick (<30 minutes) to put together. All the parts were present and labeled and all the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly. We did not run into any issues. No line leaks and lit on the first try. I bought the blue glass rocks separately. I am so in love with it!!!

After reviewing many gas fire pits, we chose this one because of it's size and the fact that it can be made into a table when not in use as a fire pit. When it arrived, it didn't disappoint. It was very simple and easy to put together, as the instructions were very complete and all screw holes line up perfectly. It even came with spare parts (screws). There was also a video available that was detailed and very informative. The item is very sturdy and appears to be well made. I did have a slight problem with the igniter but called customer service (who were very helpful) and with a minor adjustment, the problem was resolved quickly. I had it set up and functioning quickly to welcome in the first day of Spring. This was the finishing touch to our little patio hideaway.UPDATE - The igniter issue was temporarily resolved, but resurfaced and I am still having an issue with it. I have submitted four (4) e-mails to [email protected] over the past month on this issue. I have yet to receive any sort of reply. I am not impressed with their customer support at all. I guess I will continue to send e-mails and use my BIC lighter to light the fire pit. This is unfortunate as I really like the fire pit and other then the igniter, it is great.

The fire table arrived in great condition, all parts were included and so were easy to follow instructions. I watched a video on Amazon regarding assembly prior to putting it together, and that was helpful. Everything fits together as you would expect. This is not a piece of expensive furniture, but everything goes together to create a sturdy fire table. Make sure to use the proper screws for each application, and to put the LP control valve assembly into place prior to screwing down the first side wall.I put it together alone, and it took about an hour including looking for about 10 minutes for a screw that dropped.Once together, we secured a propane tank, checked for leaks and it fired right up. Nice flame and nice gas control.Don't know about longevity, but first blush is very positive.

Love this Fire Pit...Has a cover for the stones whereas some do not. We did order separately a cover to completely cover when not in use or heavy rain.

After assembling was completed I turned the fire pit right side up to discover it had a dent and scratches on the table top. Otherwise everything else looks and works fine.A customer service rep contacted me the next day to help resolve my damage complaint. Since the dent was not affecting the functionality of the fire table the vendor refunded me a portion of the price I paid.Needless to say I way very happy how this company handled my complaint and was quickly resolved. Hence the 5 star review.Even with the small dent I love my fire table. Easy to put together and works great.

I absolutely love our fire pit table. It was exactly what I expected and as described. It was easy to assemble, even easier with two people. It has a very classy look, solid construction, not flimsy at all. It looks great with our other patio furniture. We got many compliments from our family about how gorgeous it is. Great heat coming from it. So far it is working nicely. I am pleased with my purchase!
