Overall, I am happy with this product.I bought this formula after it came recommended by a professional carpet cleaner on YouTube who was cleaning a house with several cats/dogs with severe urine stains. I was impressed by the job it did in the video.We just bought a house where the previous owner had multiple cats that peed and sprayed the carpets and walls. I used a 2 gallon pesticide-style sprayer and 7 cups of formula based on the instructions. This was enough to pre-treat at least 1k sqft of carpet. I misted the walls too and I can’t smell the cat smell anymore. The carpet is super soft now too. I used a Bissell Pet Pro carpet cleaner.If using to pre-treat, know that it dries fast and you don’t want it to dry before you clean the carpet. I didn’t get a dried pic but it made a big difference in the appearance. I also used a spray bottle and peroxide on darker stained areas after cleaning.

Did not do a side-by-side comparison with another product. Did notice the carpet was clean. Did not put this into the machine but used a gardening spray bottle to pretreat the area which worked nicely. Recommended by professional cleaner.

This really works great!! Takes stains out of carpet with little effort. I bought a 1gal. application/sprayer to apply it.

I just opened the case of ultrapac since I didn’t need it till today. I’m pretty sure this is a pretty old case. First of all there was one of the gallons that spew some stuff in the box.Secondly, It’s been many years that ProChem has sent Legend rewards with there orders and I didn’t get any. I have subscribed to a case a month for over a year and this was only the second problem. The first scheduled delivery date is often times just a guess.

Worked to get dog/cat smell out of new home purchase, because new flooring is not in the budget this year. Smells great,, carpet is super clean and fluffy.
