Works great! *Updated review*
I got these for my black cat in size medium. He fits the weight range for that size. I was worried at first about ordering medium for him because in other brands he’s a large. He’s a big boy with big claws. Anyways it was pretty easy getting them on but I’ve also done it before and have had practice. They seem pretty durable too. The glue it came with will do the job and seems to be pretty gentle. I tested it on my skin by accident opening the bottle and I didn’t feel any burning or anything that would cause concern putting it on my cat. He also didn’t seem bothered by it either but I was also very careful not to let the glue spill out of the nail cap. Since I just put them on him I can’t say for sure yet that they will stay because he has been biting at them but he’s done that before and eventually gives up and the caps stay put so I have a feeling that these will stay put also. I’ll update my review if they do fall off. For now I’ll say I’m pretty satisfied and love that they glow in the dark. *UPDATE 3/4/21* These nail caps held on longer than I expected. The last one I put on my cat fell off a few days ago. Overall most held on for a long time and just as I expected. My cat only chewed on one of them but I think it’s because I didn’t do it right or set firmly down on the nail and it felt loose on him and bothered him enough to chew It off is my guess. Nail caps aren’t a new thing to him and he usually doesn’t chew them so I think it was something I did wrong applying that one and not the nail cap itself. Also to note these don’t really glow on their own unless you “charge” them with a light first like I did in my review pictures. Also because of their light color when your cat digs in the litterbox or just wear and tear shows up and they look dingy and kind of dirty looking. Kind of as if they’re stained. The color also fades to a grayish tan green color. It’s hard to describe. I still really like these nail caps because of how well they stay on and work but I probably won’t purchase again because they don’t really glow on their own and they get dirty looking. Next time I’m probably going to order a dark color so stains and wear and tear don’t show up as well. They are still fun though. Just not very practical lol. I still would recommend them though because they do their main job of staying on and preventing scratching

Nail cap gold!!
Love these nail caps! I have two cats and these save the furniture and will save your skin. They are super easy to put on and the glue is strong.

Great idea
good thing you get a lot of them. I have a small cat aprox. 10-12lbs and is 4yrs old now. She can still manage to get one off every now and then. Maybe have to put 2-4 back on weekly. And we think we use a little more than a fair amount. Other than that the protect my new furniture and carpet. Fun to play with them. My other cat is 8yrs old and is 15-17lbs. These work great on her. 1-2 replaced bi-weekly. I would defintaly recommend these to anyone that has children, nice furniture/carpet, or just to play more with the cats without the little scratches.

Definitely glad I purchased these
Our cat that never scratched anything except for his scratching posts, suddenly started scratching our stairs runner after we moved into a new house. I tried putting scratching posts on and around the stairs but he wouldn't use them. Found out some cats prefer horizontal scratching posts (while some love vertical ones). He used the horizontal posts but still sometimes scratched the carpet runner ugh. Decided to try adhesive nails. Thankfully I've always trimmed his nails so he doesn't mind when I touch his paws. They were very easy to apply and he didn't mind having them on at all. I think most cats will need breaks in between, plus lots of treats to coax them into having the nails put on. It might take two people. -Highly recommend getting soft nails (some brands come in hard plastic). Downside: The super glue comes with an attachable plastic funnel that only works for one or two applications. It gets gunked up so I've been using the glue straight from the tube. Bonus: Sometimes when the nails come off, if you find them, you can reuse them. :) After applying all the nails (I only did his front paws), I only have to attach new nails as they come off. He still scratches at the stairs runner occasionally, but it doesn't pull any threads or do any damage. This is the best solution!

Not the best
These don't work as well as other ones I have purchased. My cats nails are showing through the ends because they get worn down very easily, even when I cut her nails so that they aren't sharp. This has never happened before. So with these she is still able to scratch because her nails are poking through. Glue seems very strong as I almost glued my fingers together but they somehow still don't stay on long either.

DO NOT BUY
Do not buy these Absolutely horrible. I went to cut the top off because it’s sealed and it oozes out. Got on my finger. Went to wash it off 15 seconds later and my finger got stuck to the bottle. Glue won’t come off. I washed with soap several times. I tried rubbing alcohol I tried coconut oil helped a little I got a nail file and tried file it off. Still have pieces on my finger Stupidly I still tried to use it on my cat. What a dumb idea that was. Some of the nails fell off before I was finished and got glue on his fur. Then I spend 20 minutes trying to cut the hair off around his nail. Make sure his nail still retracts. Got his paws wet hoping that would help. Hoping I didn’t mess up his nails and they don’t get infected. Some nails fit well on his nails. Some didn’t. I wouldn’t waste your money on these. Hard trying keep cat still to put them on. We’ll see how long the 3/4 I managed to get on will last.

These work! I’ll keep using.
I didn’t want to declaw my cat. These totally do the job, and the product is sound. It took me a few times to really learn exactly how much to fill them and kind of wait a few seconds to put them on, but now that I have the hang of it, it’s fast and easy and the cat doesn’t even care (started as a kitten). I have two comments: 1) clear is easier to see how much glue you have in the nail… you don’t want to overfill. 2) I wish the glue came with a cap so I could keep reusing it when some pop off. He’s a kitten and plays hard, and we lose and replace them more often. I use a pin in the tiny home at the end of the tube and that works well to cap it and then keep the hole open. I then seal that in a ziplock bag to keep the glue good. Overall really happy!

Where have these been all my life!!!! Seriously!!!
We recently adopted two beautiful baby kittens from our local shelter that chose us as a family and we feed, love, and play with them all the time! They have been a blessing during this pandemic because there have been no dull moments and they keep us on our toes...... Then they started to grow really really fast LOL. Along with the growing we bought toys, scratch post, a $150 cat condo, and still they preferred to dig their sharp claws into our skin, couch, chairs, expensive furniture etc. Taking them back was never an option because they are our family and these kitty caps changed all of our lives completely. No more furniture being torn to shreds. No more oven mittens (yes oven mittens, because we already had large and deep scratch scars from previous play times). We can now play with them with our hands without worrying about getting bloody cuts and scars anywhere. I did get both the small and the medium sizes because our fur babies are right now between 9 months and 1 year old so we didn't know which one would fit correctly depending on their growth since they will continue to grow for a while. It still worked out perfectly though, because for the nails that were to small for the medium we had the small sizes, so we could apply all tips at the same time to start off. I did test it on my skin first because I wanted to make sure our babies were not going to be in any pain and it did get slightly warm for less than a second, no pain what so ever, and the the bond was completed in that same second. It's very important NOT to cut off the sensitive parts of their nails so it won't hurt your fur baby when you apply the adhesive!! I trimmed their nails, did a quick buffer and applied their nail caps on without a fuss from either of them. They honestly didn't seem to mind me at all and they got lots of turkey slices as a reward afterwards. So none have fallen off and it's been about 3 weeks since we've applied their sets. We love our fur babies more than anything and are now worry free!! This is freedom buy this now!!! Thank you for these great products
