Why do your dimensions and photos appear innaccurate, making it impossible to discern for one to faithfully place an order?

I have the same question. I want the measurements of the footprint of each container so I can discern if they will fit 2 deep in a standard upper cabinet. The standard upper cabinet has an inside depth of 11 3/4 inches deep. Some people are saying the footprint is 3.2" with a square footprint. Some people are saying 6.4" X 3.2" for the footprint. In addition to the amount they hold, it would be nice to also have the dimensions, especially the footprint. Where is the seller on this forum?

Yes. I bought the one that attach to the lid for that purpose. It’s worked well so far and I’ve had them for over A year (Feb 2021) without issue.

What size do I need for hot cocoa packets.

What size are the cocoa packets? Inside measure 4 in x 4 in and 6 in tall. Sorry, but I don't use OXO containers for packets. Happy 2021

Does the scoop fit in the underside of the lid?

A scoop won’t fit in the lid, but would fit between the lid and contents you place in it, as long as scoop size is within the measurements of container you purchased.
