This is a great deal. It came with windows preloaded. If you have ever had to deal with a blown drive you know how much time that saves.

Similar speed to Samsung 970 Evo Plus( a little slower in writing speed read:3,500MB/s write:2,900MB/s). Samsung controller, 3d tlc. So far so good. I picked this one instead of 970 Evo Plus, because of the price and the performance is not bad.

Like Samsung 970 PRO but a little bit better write IOPS. Samsung's magician doesn't read correctly the S.M.A.R.T. bits but maybe they will fix it in the future.

Installed the SSD in my external enclosure to test and found that it was used. On it I found a Windows folder taking 12.2 GB of space and other folders ocupying a total of 25GB of space. The total capacity was showing 476GB and not 512 GB making it useless for cloning my 512 GB laptop SSD. Returning item for refund. This is the second SSD I ordered from same merchant. The first one was good.

Seems to be ok even though it was used. It had 5 different partitions on it, one of which had BitLocker. Would have returned it but was in a hurry to get a computer running.

Poor speed of the ssd. It was not a new one and was a used one
