How should I wash the extensions?

Hair extensions do not receive nutrients from the scalp, so they may feel dry after washing. Use a gentle, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and avoid rough rubbing to help maintain softness and reduce tangling.

How do you keep the hair from getting tangled?

Avoid sleeping with wet hair and use a silk pillowcase to reduce friction. Apply extra conditioner or oil for added nutrition and allow it to air dry after washing. When using a hair dryer or curling iron, keep the temperature below 320℉.

Dyeing is only recommended for Color #60 (Platinum Blonde) and #1000 (White Blonde), as they are suitable for custom coloring. For other colors, we do not recommend dyeing—bleaching or lightening—as it may cause dryness, damage, or tangling.
