Just what I was looking for. Easy to smoosh and bounce (I wasn’t expecting that). Keeps me busy during long zoom meetings. They feel like they will last.

I find myself using these more than I thought I would! They're great! Not too hard, not too soft. Perfect! I have tried many of these stress balls and most of them are one of those I mentioned. I love these. The design is perfect!

These stress balls worked well. They had a good grip.

I’ve had these for a few days since I purchased it and I can definitely say these stress balls are fun and effective. So far they are able to handle my grip strength but I think the stitching over time might tear . I personally really enjoy the positive notes that shift my mindset when dealing with lots of stress and I enjoy the lighter blue color over the darker one . The lighter blue is so easy to squeeze and the darker one has some resistance to it which will help build strength in my bad wrist but not so difficult where I can’t use it. I gave 4 stars because the quality of the stitching could be better but you get what you pay for .

These stress balls are really helping me out with stiffness in my wrists.

The balls have a great texture and the material inside the balls is not gel. It is like a foam material that retains its shape well. It is squeezable and goes immediately back to its shape. Seems to be helping my finger. I recommend this product.

These balls are a lot firmer than I like. I have trouble squeezing them. I should have read up on them before ordering… it may have stated the firmness in the description. I have arthritis in my hands, and hopefully if I continue to use these, my hands was strengthened.
