Chef's Path Kitchen Storage Box Set of 4 Extra Large Airtight Food Storage Jars for Sugar Flour Cereal Rice - Measuring Spoons, Pen and Food Preservation Labels (5.2 L)

I bake a lot of bagels these days for friends and family. High-quality flour can get expensive, so when I see a deal I want to buy several bags. But storing so many bags in a small kitchen is problematic. Chef Path’s storage containers to the rescue! I fit over 30 pounds of bread flour in four of their Extra Large Tall containers. I just got lucky that the four containers fit perfectly in my kitchen cabinet. I did have a little trouble at first getting the lids on because they’re a bit stiff when they’re new. I used my forearms to close two tabs on either side simultaneously. Then gave it a spin and closed the other two tabs. Easy peasy. Others have complained of a chemical smell. I ran most of mine through the dishwasher with the dry function off and the lids in the top rack. Then dried them with a kitchen towel and allowed them to thoroughly air dry on my table. I hand washed the biggest containers with dish soap and hot water. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and taste. I’ve been regularly eating my oat bran that’s poured into one without its original packaging and there is no foul smell or taste. That’s after several weeks in storage. I have expensive granulated maple syrup in another that I use on the oat bran. Perfectly fine. Because I bought so many sets, I have a ton of the measuring scoops and spoons Chef’s Path provides for free. This allows me to leave some inside the container for things like oat bran and coffee. (See picture of scoop inside container with coffee beans.) They are marked with the size, but it’s hard to see. I keep a teaspoon inside my huge container of OptiFiber powder and a half tablespoon inside the container for the granulated maple syrup. Be sure to wash and dry them thoroughly before use. That’s the case with any new plastic. Some of the labels you see in my pictures are another brand. But they provide similar ones, along with a marker. I like them so much I ordered a second set of the Extra Large Tall plus their variety set of 36. Those all worked out well, so I bought several of the Extra Large size. See the picture of the 2 HUGE jars of collagen peptide powder that I got into the Extra Large container. In my small apartment, storage is at a premium. These containers have allowed me to at least double the storage space in my IKEA cabinets. Not everything needs to be poured out of their original container. I have various packages of noodles stored in one large container. Much tidier this way. One last counter to a common review complaint: the usefulness of the smaller containers. Yes, the tiniest container can be used for mints, those tiny dental brushes, small screws you don’t want to lose, sauces on the go…use your imagination! Good quality at a great price. (Always scan through the different options because the prices change dramatically day to day.) Highly recommended.

Never been more excited about storage containers, but I guess that’s my life now. I’ve been doing way more baking during this very interesting spring (better to stay home orders) and needed a better option than always pulling the bag of flour out of my pantry. My last bag got a hole towards the bottom where the paper was weak from the wrinkles and pressure......this is when I came to amazon for a solution. This is it! This is the real deal best solution to my flour storage! I don’t have the counter space for more decorative flour containers, I don’t like the added clutter. These stores so nice and neat in my pantry so much so that it makes my heart happy. I love that not only does it come with stickers so you can write what is in the containers, but for me (again don’t like all the clutter) I don't want to add the stickers, they have different color bands in the lid! A very nice mute green and blue that is perfect for me to tell my flours apart without having to add the stickers. The stickers are really nice though and I know others would love putting them on and adding pretty script with the included pen. Not just the chalk pen and stickers, but the containers also came with scoops! I love them! I love the shape! The quality of everything is perfect, the plastic is nice, thick and sturdy, as well as the lids. Would make an excellent gift also! Housewarming gift? The box is nice and pretty as well and I appreciate the safety seal on it. If you need flour storage or any other larger storage options these are perfect. Man does it feel good to be organized :). Great assortment of containers. I’m using these to store anything that attracts bugs in my kitchen. Packages fit nicely in them. Florida has bugs that love to get into food sources. I purchased these for the airtight seal and the variety of sizes. So far the quality is very good with a tight seal but easily opened. And no bugs I my kitchen.

I spent a lot of time reviewing several vendors containers for storage. I wanted the size that would hold Flour, Sugar, Self-Rising Corn Meal & any other item that I buy in 5 lb sizes & would close with a good sealing function. After all my study I selected the Chef's Path item I purchased & it also came with the labeling stickers, marker, and measuring scoops that could also stay in the containers and I didn't have to used my other measuring cups. I took everything out of my cabinets and used my previous containers for things like oatmeal & grits packages & powdered sugar. I keep my light & dark brown sugar in large glass jars. I totally redesigned the inside of my cabinets and the Chef's Path container's started it all. I showed what I had done to my daughter in law and now she wants to do the same with her cabinets and have the Chef's Path too. It's been a Win Win for me. Taking the time to watch the videos and really decide what would work for me since I do a LOT of baking made this decision easy. I love the quality of the containers, the blue and green color of the seals, the measuring scoops, and the shipment came quickly so good for Amazon on that.

This product is well made. Bakers will like it for more capacity and easy access to flour and sugar which I use it for. I also like the sturdy easy lock lids.

Ich habe mir die Vorratsbehälter bereits zum zweiten Mal gekauft. Sie sind sehr stabil und haben ein gute Größe (5,2L) um meine verschiedenen Mehlsorten zum Brotbacken luftdicht aufzubewahren. Das zweite Boxenset habe ich mir nun bestellt um kleine Beutel wie Leinsam, Chiasamen, Sonnenblumenkerne usw. gut geschützt zusammen aufzubewahren, damit die einzelnen Verpackungen nicht immer überall rumstehen. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.

This is a great storage jar—especially for flour, and ideal if you're a bread-making lover like we are. It's wide and tall just like in the photo, making it easy to scoop from and perfect for keeping large amounts of flour fresh. The quality is excellent and it looks great on the kitchen counter too. Definitely recommend it to fellow home bakers!
