Dissatisfied
This is a substandard product. I would not recommend these oars to anyone in any application. One came warped out of the box, and both are extremely flimsy. Save your money and a headache.

Oars do not come as a pair
I ordered quantity 1 expecting 1 pair of oars. 1 single oar arrived today so now I have to order another and wait another week before I can row my boat. Oh wait, the 5 foot ones are out of stock, so I have 1 useless oar and need to order 2 new ones. The price is too high for a single oar. 1 single oar? Seriously? I'd give zero stars if I could.

Arrived Damaged (but seller addressed appropriately)
Item arrived damaged. The wood is ground down as it it had been dragged but shipping box seemed ok. I reported problem within minutes of receiving the oar. My return was approved but I need to pay for return shipping. That is poor customer service. The oar otherwise seemed ok.UPDATE: The seller got back and refunded the purchase price and said I do not need to return the oar. So in the end they did the right thing which is appreciated.

Very light weight wood
The oar broke the second time I used it. The last one I bought (exact same item) lasted for years, so this may have been a simple defect.
