Great blood pressure pill as long as you are not realy realy sick then use what your doctor prescribed for you. It is support not therapy, but works.

First let me say that I did NOT get this free. Also, I am a 50+ year old RN with over 30 years cardiovascular experience. My BP has been running from "Hmmm" to "OMG" for a couple years now. I'm sure losing 30 pounds would help, but lately it's been pretty consistently 130-146/80-100. Added some other supplements and started really working to get the weight down, eliminated salt. :( 8 weeks later- not much change, still that high. Started these pills on Wednesday night after a particularly stressful day at work. Thursday AM? 111/78. I checked it 3 times with my very good quality BP cuff. This morning? 108/76. I feel fine. They didn't bother my stomach-most stuff does. No Niacin issues with it. I will keep checking daily, as I have done for a while, keep working on the weight, but these so far are !WOW! I did not expect any more than a mild decrease, enough to tide me over til I saw what a weight loss would do. I didn't expect stellar numbers. Hope this isn't a fluke, but if you have garden variety mild or pre-hypertension, this (along with adopting some healthier lifestyle habits) may keep you off prescription meds. As always: CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR. :) Especially if you have any other health issues or take any other medications.

My family has a long history of heart issues, and I knew I had to be proactive with my health. When my blood pressure numbers started creeping up, I wanted to find a natural alternative to combat the issue. I have been on this supplement for almost two months now, and my numbers are back in a satisfactory level. I been using this product for 2 weeks and my bp has actually went up. I didn’t take it for 2 days and it went back down. I took it with bp meds in hope to get closer to a normal bp. Don’t waiste your money.

I don't use it for myself so I can't give it 5 stars, , I buy it for others who seem to find it helpful, but giving credit where due, the order always shows up as ordered, and I've never had a issue with the merchant.

Helps me keep my blood pressure down

I have just going to tell you that this stuff works. I have taken various supplements for over 35 years and honestly I have never had an experience like this before. I had been working hard to get my BP down but 125-85 was as good as i could get, but literally after two days on this supplement my bp was 118/78. I am not kidding. IT has been now over a month and i fluctuate between 121/80 and 98/68 and everything in between. i will also say that I have not been below prehypertension consistently in 5 years. This really does work. Now the trick is to be able to reduce the amount of times i take it and keep my bp in healthy ranges. Thank you for actually selling an efficacious product.
