Wow I’m glad that I listened to the other reviews. This stuff works great. Pulled apart a couple of suntour front forks that had been neglected. Once I cleaned and lubed them up with this product, I was shocked how well the forks worked again. Took the bike and lifted the front wheel as high as I could get it and let it go, bounced a ton with no shock absorbed. Then after everything was cleaned, lubed and reassembled, I repeated the same test and it hardly bounced once. Not very scientific but works for me. It’s thin and slick. I would recommend this product.

IDK what is in this stuff but it's friggin awesome. I installed a front door that squeaked from day one and I popped the hinge pins and smeared some of this stuff on them and reinstalled and it has been silent for 2 years now. I also have a dirt bike and i put this stuff between the fork seal and the little dust boot. No leaks, knock on wood, for 3 years now. I'm sure it's good for other things too but this is my experience.

Good for Manitou fork maintenance. Old-school forks used grease, not oil. This grease works well for the job.

Great stuff

This grease is the same basic product as Slick Honey for less! This is from a Fox Factory tech, that I know, and two local bike shops. Pro Tip: DO NOT overapply. The whole "More is always better!" does not apply in this case. Using Too Much will clog things up and make the forks perform poorly.
