Best head shaver I've ever used. Works especially well with foamy soap and warm water.

I have always had a shaved head, but never beyond a set of hair clippers without attachments. I saw this product in an ad and knew I had to try it out. In comparison to a set of clippers, this thing is a beast! I used shaving cream with it and it cut effortlessly. Using small, circular motions, I was done in a couple of minutes. The battery was at 100% when I started, 97% when I was done. Swapped out the head and used it on my face. 95% when I finished. I sense the battery life will be more than adequate. The wash stand it came with is very useful, although not a necessity. Definitely something I am going to be using! Also came with a fabric storage pouch for the Pitbull itself, a 'somewhat' hard case, and a USB charging cable. The 2 year warranty is good for the piece of mind. For the price, I say you are definitely getting your money's worth! So glad I found this gem! Update: I have had this since January. It is now September. I use this every 2 to 3 days. It still holds charge and still works just as it did on the first day of use! All those people saying not to buy it are obviously too mentally challenged to figure it out. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could.

This is the best electric shaver I’ve ever owned!! It’s super easy to hold and maneuver around my head so I never miss any spots. It can be used with or without shaving cream. (I prefer using CREMO Coconut Mango) I’ve been using it every other day for 4 weeks now and still haven’t had to charge it. The battery came reading 100% and is now down to 28%. There has not been any showing of a loss of power and still cuts as good and sounds as strong as it did at 100%. If I could give this thing 10 stars on battery life I definitely would. My friends can’t believe I can get this close of a shave with an electric shaver but I’m making believers out of everyone. Now the cost.... I paid just over $200 for the platinum version and Im glad I did. While I’m sure the Gold version, (which a few of my friends have since purchased) will cut just as smoothly, the extras and the extra year of warranty made the cost worth it to me. I LOVE the carrying case and the rinse stand. It did come with a charging cable but not the wall adapter. That’s ok as it just plugs in to any standard USB cell phone wall adapter and we have several dozen of those around my house. Final Thoughts: This is a MUST HAVE ITEM for anyone that shaves their head. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Update after 2yrs: was working fine till it died today 3/28/24. Can hear water inside when I move it around. Just past the 2yr mark for the warranty, bought 3/11/22. Cut off mid shave. I only use it in the shower so can't say I'm surprised. Guess I'll be ordering another really soon. Wish the warranty was longer 😆 PRO's: Works well and gets really close. Works about as good as my DE razor. Was very skeptical about how close it got but it actually works really well. Instead of making a mess using my DE razor and taking 30 mins or more, this cuts my time down to about 10-15mins. Question will be how long the blades last as my hair is thick. So we'll see. CON's: Plastic seems cheap, doesn't seem durable. Don't think it would survive a good drop out of the hands if you did somehow drop it, which is hard to do if you hold it right. Battery life is not that great but not bad either. I think they could use some higher quality batteries for the price and have a much better product. I have the Brio beard and head trimmer and use it at least one a month sometimes twice and have only charged it maybe 3 times in a year... But this does have 4 blades to move so I will say that. Overall, it does what it says. Definitely worth the cost. I'll have to see how long it last overall as I have only owned it for about 2-3 weeks as of this review.

**DO NOT BUY** This product will only last a couple of weeks. Received a brand new Platinum kit, used it for a couple of weeks, and the unit completely died out. Would not turn on or charge. Also, the four headed blade that it came with, the best one they have according to the sales person, started squealing and the finish started coming off within a few days. I contacted them regarding the issue and they said to send the whole kit back and that they’d immediately send out a brand new kit within a few days. 2 weeks later, I contact them to check on the whereabouts of this kit, and they claim excuses about being way to busy to have sent out a new one to me due to so many new orders, and of course, Covid-19 has an affect on getting me a new one. We HIGHLY advise to not waste your time or money. For a company that makes these and targets people who shave their heads, they sure didn’t care one bit about getting a new one out.....at all!! Avoid Skull Shaver altogether and go with another product if you want to maintain a clean cut look. You WILL have issues and be out of a shaver for weeks. Nothing but problems!

I purchased this for my husband this past Father's day and he can't stop raving about it. He uses it every morning to dry shave his head while getting ready for work and will even take it with him to shave his head in the car if he's running late. There's no mess in the car or on his clothes when doing this. It holds a charge for well over a week and is easy to clean. He simply detaches the blades and shakes the hair out with a gentle tap on the edge of the sink. It doesn't get clogged and the blades haven't dulled in the slightest, even after using it nearly every day for the last 4 months. Highly recommend this product for the daily head and face shaver in your life.

I have a NF1 and have developed a LOT of dermal tumors all over my head. Prior to buying the skull shaver I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to get a decent shave my head without significantly cutting into one or more of the tumors. I am very satisfied with my purchase as I am able to get a close shave of my scalp without cutting myself. While it may not be a 100% perfect shave because of the nature of my skin on my head (lots of peaks and valleys) it looks and feels pretty smooth. Bonus: battery lasted me about 4 weeks before needing a recharge.
