Have used it now on three occasions , and still non stick , sorry to be a optimist but have had LOADS of non stick pans, this looks the business , but will write a report in 6 to 12 months time if OK then i will buy more . i cannot fault the quality of the pan in its make up. the delivery was very good. thank you

The pan is a perfect match to the others I have in the same range of Circulon pans. Although the instructions say that you can put these pans in the dishwasher; I choose not to, so to preserve their longevity. Plus they clean up very easily by hand.

Well made. Riveted handle as you can see. Underside of handle end has hole for hanging; I mention this because you can't see it in the photo. The bottom is flat, VERY important if you use a glass range top. Heat distribution is good: four eggs, sunny side up, fried evenly--which by the way, gives you an idea of the pan's size. In a pinch, you can squeeze in two slices of bread for grilled cheese/french toast. Cooking surface looks very sturdy--it certainly won't peel like less expensive ones--but in any case, you will not need to wash it with anything more abrasive than a sponge... which brings us to it's non-stick quality. It does the job with no sticking whatsoever. I have NOT done the ultimate non-stick test: frying with no oil at all. If you only have one pan, this is the one. Not too big, not too small. I would think it's a great gift for someone just starting out on their own. I hedged at the price--$32 for one pan?!--but it's worth it. Believe me, I will edit this review in the future if the pan doesn't hold up. So far, so good...

Wonderful pan. I use it almost every day. It is heavy and well made. The handle is balanced and doesn't get hot to the touch. This pan It is definitely scratch proof even with metal utensils. I use about a capful of oil when I need to brown something, otherwise I don't need any an oil or spray. I don't use spray oil because that is a direction that comes with pan. Nothing sticks to this pan. It is a good size for scrambled eggs, potatoes, extra lean ground beef., etc. I put in the dishwasher and it still looks new, No staining or discoloration. I bought it about 6 months ago. I bought 2 more in different sizes. It's a little pricey but worth it.

Best pan on the market. Can't find them anywhere, but here. It cooks on high heat very well & beautifully.

I like this skillet because it works with my induction cooktop and because the coating is very hard to it won't wear out nearly as quickly as Teflon. However, its not as "slick" as a teflon skillet. When my eggs are done I can't just slide them out by tilting the pan. I have to break them loose and give them some help before they will slide out. I bought one of those frying pans with the nonstick green coating but apparently they are all aluminum because it won't work with an induction cooker.

I had to switch to induction cookware after 54 years of cooking. I bought this small frying pan with raised sides and the wok. I’m so excited. I have not used nonstick cookware very much of the years and I’m completely surprised with the ease of cooking and clean up with these pans. The food just slides out. Metal utensils don’t seem to be a problem in the cleanup is a breeze. I love the raised sides of this pan. I’m used to using the flared small 8 inch pan for eggs. But things don’t seem to spatter as much with the raised sides. I’m so glad I made this purchase rather than trying to settle with something a little less expensive. These pants are definitely worth it!
