I have been using my laptop for a few months now and am very pleased with it. One of the best features is that it has a version of WIndows 10 that loads much faster than previous versions! My laptop will boot in 15 to 20 seconds from a cold start. Very impressive. It is not a high end laptop but it seems to work OK for what I need it for. Most games seems to work very well. No lock ups and no BSODS so far! If you are unfamiliar with purchasing laptops, please keep in mind that many budget laptops do not have a CD/DVD RW in them! This is one of them. Don't worry though, you can purchase an external USB CD/DVD RW for fairly cheap these days. Also, it only has two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 micro port. I would recommend getting a USB hub in order to save your on-board ports. I am not sure how it would work for high graphics games but it works OK for most of the games that I play. You might need a bit more power for some high end games though. Anyway, I really like this laptop!.

Perfect laptop for my needs (student) and in my opinion, the best laptop for the money. I did extensive research on processors, ssd's, screen resolution, etc and did not find a better laptop for the price on any other platform. It is great for browsing/ research, it's quiet, and very quick. I love the crisp, anti-glare screen. It also has more customization options than expected. Highly recommend for students or home computer.

Its a pretty good laptop for work at home, watch movies and browse the web, i haven’t test it with games yet but im sure it can run games in a descent graphic quality. Besides the design its so beautiful and slick and its not too heavy

This is the fourth Lenovo laptop I have purchased, and it is unquestionably the best. The speed is excellent, and the screen quality is superb. A bargain at any price. HIGHLY recommended!

Best laptop I’ve gotten in a while. Obviously there are better out there, but at this price, and with all the specs I need for video/photo editing. Very fast charging. Visuals are great. Picture is perfect. No complaints so far. Will update if I come across an issue.

This laptop is truly awful. Freezes constantly. The screen pixelates and I have to exit a webpage to get it to correct. The battery life is pitiful. I could go on. I have nothing good to say about this laptop. I bought it for work and it has been nothing but a headache. I contacted the seller with an email and never heard anything back, which I am sure is because they know this is a defective product. Don't buy! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Have to say, not much with writing reviews, but since I received this laptop, it has been nothing but awesome. Upgraded from a Surface 3, so this is a huge jump. Starts up very quickly, fast. So far no issues yet.

I like the speed and quality of the screen. I use it to study and read mostly and to watch videos.

I am a software engineer and I bought this laptop as a birthday gift for my 10-year-old son. I have to say this laptop excess my expectation considering the price. I was first a bit concerned about the AMD CPU/GPU, however, it performs great. I have an HP EliteBook for my job (Intel i7 vPro), I have to say the experience of the IdeaPad is even better than my laptop. The design is neat and sleek. The weight is good for a 15" laptop. The FHD screen looks good. The speaker's sound is also good. However, battery life is ok... The speed of the laptop is very good, and the heat is ok, not that hot. Lenovo's keyboard touching feel is the best (I guess learned a lot from Thinkpad). Anyway, really recommend this laptop.

I wouldn’t get this if I travelled without an ability to keep plugged in cause it doesn’t take long for the battery to die

This laptop is average. It is a bit bulkier than I thought it would be (thicker and larger overall), but it works fine. Speed is good but the fan inside is a bit loud when it needs to cool off. The spacebar has developed a squeak already which is really disappointing since I have only used it for about 20 hours total. It also doesn't have a network plug in that is compatible with our home plug, but this is my fault for not checking. Make sure all the plugs you need are present!

The item that came to me wasn't brand new, the item was clearly repackaged and when I checked the warranty, it only had a few months left. I only used it for 2 days an it already showed me a blue screen error... I couldn't turn it on nor reset it. Speaking of battery life, a full charge didn't even last me 2 hours.(I was only doing some mediocre tasks that didn't require that much power, but still.) I got the product from Mega PC Mall, btw. I'm sure this doesn't represent all the products they have though, but for customers , just beware.

Customer service is fast and good. Reply and reaction is very fast. And use for almost 3 weeks. Everything is good
