This is my favorite vanilla. I use it in so many ways...baking, course, but also in my coffee. My husband wasn't sure at first, but after I uses it in my candied yams last Thanksgiving, he was sold. The flavor is strong and holds up to heat well. Plus, it is very cost effective. I started out buying smaller sizes but found myself buying more and more. So, now I am getting the bigger bottles.

Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! Very fragrant and great tasting. Its very smooth. I find that imittation extract can leave a strange after taste in your mouth. This doesn't at all. I will most CERTAINLY ORDER THIS AGAIN : ) I never have had a blend before. Won't go back now. This is a good product, try it you'll like it!

I love this vanilla. The flavor of it is so much better than the other vanillas I’ve had.

I usually use pure vanilla extract but some simple desserts I’ll use imitation. This is very close to pure extract but much cheaper.

I wouldn't use this in baking by itself, I'd add some real vanilla extract too. It's just not a very strong flavoring like most extracts. ....but, where it does excel is the smell. I was disappointed with this product at first, but now, I love it and use it a lot. It's great added to milk in my frother for coffee. It gives just a hint of vanilla, without being overwhelming. I add it to a lemon and blueberry chia pudding I make weekly. I use it in my frozen matcha drinks, because it doesn't overwhelm the matcha, like a pure extract would. I'll mix it into unsweetened plain Greek style yogurts,, then top with some berries. The smell of the vanilla keys my mind to think it's sweet, so I don't need sugar in a lot of things.

Great flavor

It was what it is.chef for 30 years. be careful with this stuff, you can ruin something like creme anglaise, once you get used to it its fine.
