Feel like a kid again!
We were caught without any sled when NYC had a huge snowfall. Luckily, Amazon came through with this beauty. Perfect for the big hill in Central Park but also easy to haul on the subway. It’s can be tucked away in the off season.

Definitely for kids only...but very durable
I was hoping this would also work for my middle schoolers (5 ft tall) and this was way too small for them. It's very durable but this is ideal for kids 4 feet or shorter. It'll definitely last because the plastic is thick and not like the thin larger ones i've seen at bigger box stores or local grocery store. The side handles are perfect, too! That way the kids have a good grip.

Sturdy Among The Rest
Many types of these circular sleds tend to brake. You will always see remnants of others on the hills on snow days. This one is more durable than various competitors. It made it through a snowy winter where it got a good deal of use.

These were a gift. The kids love them and they really go fast! They are high quality, too. I am very pleased. I paid a little more on this brand because the ratings were good. I'm so glad I did. Worth it!

This is a nice, thick snow saucer sled that's extra hardy and durable.
This Franklin Sports Arctic Trails Snow Saucer is extra thick and sturdy, and doesn't warp easily while riding on it in the snow. I actually took it for a few test runs myself down our "sledding hill" as we have an inch or two of snow left from our last snow. The handles are sturdy, and it even has a cute imprint of snowflakes inside of it. I'm used to the cheaper sledding saucers that eventually warp even after a few runs (and/or you can feel every little thing underneath you as you go over it), but this one is much more durable and hardy. It's a nice deep blue color, and generously sized, too. I have no worries about this one cracking anytime soon, and it's already getting good use for winter fun in this household. It gets two thumbs up from us - really nice, well-constructed saucer sled!
