Gets you to the minimum needed for Adobe Lightroom.
When Adobe Lightroom updated a couple of months back, I started getting an error that said my GPU was insufficient to render images properly. I installed this card and the drivers and now the error is gone. It has the required minimum needed to run Lightroom and is easy to install. I don't have any extra power supply cables in my machine and most other GPU's need that to work. This card is literally plug and play. It acts goofy at first, but once you download and install the driver it works good. It even improved the graphics on my monitors. Now they take advantage of HDMI monitors that I have.

re decent card
It does the job. At todays bitcoin miner inflated gpu prices, this card will get you through until the beefier cards' prices descend back into earth's atmosphere (hopefully). With a tower, I didn't need it but it's also low profiles and has tiny power consumption requirements. It's important to get the revisions which use the ddr4 rather than ddr3 memory. The revisions using the ddr3 memory are significantly slower. Paradoxically, it's the newer revs from some manufacturers that use the older ddr3 chips. From what I could tell, PNY was not one of the manufacturers involved in that scheme. Not sure NVidia gets any extra points for letting that one slip through either. Still, decent card for lower end and/or older machines and affordable in a time of great upheaval within the GPU market.

Impressive Performance and Value with the PNY GeForce GT 1030 2GB Graphic Card
I recently upgraded my computer's graphics card to the PNY GeForce GT 1030 2GB (VCGGT10302PB-BB), and I must say that it has been a worthwhile investment. This budget-friendly graphic card offers a solid performance and brings a significant improvement to my gaming and multimedia experience. One of the standout features of the PNY GeForce GT 1030 is its affordability. This card provides a cost-effective solution for those seeking to enhance their system's graphics capabilities without breaking the bank. With its competitive price point, it's a viable option for casual gamers, multimedia enthusiasts, and even individuals looking to boost their productivity with improved visuals. In terms of performance, the PNY GeForce GT 1030 2GB does a commendable job. While it may not be the most powerful graphics card on the market, it provides a noticeable upgrade from integrated graphics. It can handle modern games at 720p or 1080p resolutions with reasonable frame rates, making it suitable for casual gaming and less demanding titles. Additionally, it supports hardware acceleration for video decoding, which enhances the playback of high-definition videos and reduces strain on the CPU.Installation of the card was a breeze. The PNY GeForce GT 1030 comes with a compact form factor, making it suitable for small form factor PCs or HTPCs (Home Theater PCs). Its low power consumption eliminates the need for additional power connectors, simplifying the installation process even further. The card's cooling solution is efficient, ensuring that temperatures remain within acceptable limits during operation. The absence of a dedicated fan makes it a silent performer, making it ideal for those who value a quiet computing experience. While the PNY GeForce GT 1030 2GB excels in many areas, it does have a few limitations. It may struggle to handle graphically demanding games at high settings, as it's designed for entry-level gaming. Additionally, the 2GB of VRAM might become a limitation for future game releases that require more memory for optimal performance. In conclusion, the PNY GeForce GT 1030 2GB Graphic Card (VCGGT10302PB-BB) offers excellent value for its price point. It strikes a balance between affordability and performance, making it a suitable choice for budget-conscious users or those looking for a modest upgrade to their existing system. While it may not be the most powerful option available, it delivers on its promises and enhances gaming and multimedia experiences without breaking the bank.

Total Junk
I've been installing video cards since the 90s. Probably the easiest upgrade there is besides RAM. So I know what I'm doing. The plug on the card, where the monitor cable goes into, the video card is screwed up. Some of the pin holes, the monitor cable pins fit into, are plugged or not made right. 2 of them appear almost solid. I tried 3 different cables and even some adapters I had laying around. I've bought numerous PNY cards in the past and they were great and easy to install. This one is junk. Took an old 745 GTX card I had laying around and put that in and it works great. Got the wife's computer going again so she can remote into work. There is an HDMI port on the card also but her monitor doesn't have that connection. So maybe that would have worked. Before this PNY was my go to source for video cards but never again.

Great Roblox & Minecraft Card
Was looking for a cheap GPU for my son's computer so he could play Roblox games without low frame rate, this card is perfect for that, he doesn't really play anything else other than Minecraft. Good price and much better than Intel integrated stuff.

its ddr4 not ddr5 making it slower...
its okay and works but highly recommend Zotac Nvidia 1030 due to it being ddr5 making around 10% faster and its only 99 dollars, but if its a must get, sure it works a lot better than integrated graphics. if you want to run anything other than a browser, 4k videos, and light gaming this card is not for you better go to ebay and get a Nvidia 950 its way faster and normally 40 dollars less.

Value for the money
It’s definitely low profile, and was the perfect blend of price to performance for an old Dell optiplex.. my kids have been enjoying Roblox ever since! Definitely a solid buy
