Saw it on Shark Tank several time’s (reruns), loved the couple pitching it so had to try. It truly is the best breading mix I’ve used. Love the taste with a slight hint of heat, a perfect blend of spices. It’s a light coating, finishes crisp, not heavy, my wife’s favorite too, and stays on while pan frying,Joe’s is now my go-to breading for frying fish, shrimp, scallops, and chicken fried steak. Want to try on pork chops, soon. Can’t find in local grocery stores…hoping it remains available on Amazon.

I first tasted this product at Northgate Market in Hawthorne CA. The demonstration was being done by one of the owner's wives, she was very convincing with her conversation and sample. I bought a bag and brought it back to Northern California where I tested it on many different fish and meat products having my mother who is Creole sample it. She was highly impressed loved the light but tasty flavor. I used the entire bag and re-ordered a 3 pack. Many people have asked what the food I have been cooking was seasoned with and they are now Joes fans. Keep up the good work and get it in stores in Northern California. Until then Amazon is a great buy.

It's delicious, but I wish it was less salty.

Honestly, there was a major mix up with the post office. They said that they delivered the package and it did not make it to my mailbox. After writing about my issue, I received a new order. Very professional and very thorough with their orders and making sure I received the products. I will be a forever customer on top of all that, the seasoning is amazing. Like this product as it makes breading fish for fry fairly easy. It is a heavy cornmeal product so you get the crunch form the cornmeal. Wish it had more seasoning in it but add some the next time I use it.

Joe's Gourmet Fish Fry is seasoned perfectly, but I do add a little more salt to the cooked fish afterwards. When I "do" cook fish (which is Not often) I use Joe's seasoning. I keep the leftover seasoning in my fridge until I need it. It stays preserved and ready to use in the fridge.

I liked how easy it was to use and the taste was great on my fish.

Saw this on Shark Tank but could not find it in a store so I ordered the 2 pack. Used it tonight with fresh caught crappie, we added nothing to it like we normally do with other fish batters. I wanted to taste just the mix and the fish and that is exactly what we tasted, both the mix and fish we could taste. The only negative comment I have is it needed just a little more salt to it so after cooking we sprinkled a light coating of salt which I felt brought out the flavor of the mix.
