Can I use this on the kitchen worktop?

I’ve used this on my kitchen cabinet doors, they are wood coated with plastic , went on easy. Great finish really pleased. It would depend on your work surface , if find a spot to do a tester first, apply thinly , I used two coats with a sponge roller .

Is it a warm/cold shade of grey? I can’t quite figure it out from the pictures?

I have recently used this in my hallway an I would say it has a blue tinge to it my whole house is greys an whites an I’m going to paint over this with something else too blue for me

I want to refresh my previously painted cupboards. will this be ok to go over old paint on solid wood - not mdf or melamine?

In my experience you would get a more durable finish from normal paint than from the cupboard paint. I’m not impressed with mine.

After painting your cupboards what is the best thing to clean them with so it doesn't remove the paintt

I would use a soft cloth, nothing abrasive and a just some fairy liquid in hot water. That’s how I clean mine and been ok.
