I have been asked to review this product and will be compensated. This is my honest review.Pros: Great range of line value with these brushes. They don't hold a lot of water so precision calligraphy is great with these. These would also be great for younger children who have difficulties controlling the amount of water they deposit on paper when painting.Cons: Hair/bristles came out of smallest brush- 2 to 3 hairs every time brush touched paper. Some came out of other 2 brushes, but not nearly as many. Defect?

I was so surprised at the quality and value for the price. I'm learning watercolor and a YouTube teacher recommended this style brush. Because I was just trying this out first time my expectations were modest. I was really surprised how nice the results were.

I like this brush for watercolor - you can use the point, like a round brush, or use it like a flat brush. It loses some hairs, especially the first few times you use it, but then that quiets down.

These are beautiful brushes. I started to paint my first painting. Every stroke I make a hair comes out. Sorry but a waste of money.

Good brush that absorbs plenty of water. This is the first of this kind of brush that I buy and it is difficult for me to use, I am a beginner at painting. I didn't like the fact that it sheds hair strands, maybe after some breaking in this might stop.

best price too unless you can wait weeks for delivery.

Quality better than some other ones I purchased on Amazon prior. It lasted quite a bit and is not fraying or losing hair yet.

Great brushes for the price

The advertisement says the material is wood and what I received are plastic bushes and not the traditional Chinese water painting bushes as per the advertised photos! Wasting time. These plastic brushes are a lot cheaper
