The material on this footstool has held up well. I have a 60#+ dog and he likes to jump on & off it, sit on it, and lay on it. It's in front of my couch so he fits on both. The material is pretty. The legs were easy to add onto and look nice. It's the perfect height and large enough for me to put my feet up ... even with my dog on it. The tufted top has held up well, too. I like the fact that I can store small blankets or pillows inside. The hinges are well made and the top will stay open by itself. It was a great deal considering the box stores want $100-$150 for similar items. I'm very pleased.

This is a really nice piece of furniture and very well made. I was very impressed with the quality and storage space. I especially like that it stays open and is very strong. Better than I expected. May get a second one.

I've had 2 of these ottomans for a few weeks now, and they look great. I really like the operation of the hinges. The assembly feels really sturdy. Some of the other storage ottomans that I looked at looked less durable. I have a cat and she already caught her claws on the fabric a couple times, which is unfortunate, but probably better than the leather ones that I was looking at previously. I recommend covering them with a blanket when you don't have guests over if you have a pet that might damage them. For a small ottoman without a back, they are actually fairly comfortable for sitting around a coffee table and playing games or chatting with friends/family. A great buy and value. No complaints.

This is a nice sized ottoman that I bought because my recliner broke and no longer reclines. It is the appropriate height and is sturdy when being used as a leg rest. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is extremely shiny. Like patent leather shiny. Only of course it isn't leather. And the legs keep spinning around. I am hesitant to try to tighten them any more because 1 of them stripped because I over tightened I guess. Overall I am very pleased for the quality vs the price

Just what I wanted. Good size for my needs. Sturdy and attractive. Good brown color. Someone mentioned "shiny" and it is slightly more shiny than I would have preferred, but not enough for me to complain about. It was carefully packed, which was a good thing because Federal Express delivered with a 4-inch-wide, triangular hole punched in the box which did not affect the contents.

Very good quality and stylish. Comfortable on your heels when feet are propped up. Plenty of storage.

Excellent, well made, storage ottoman. It’s faux leather so I’ll recover with my own fabric. Great product! Great price!
