While these pads are great for the wound I needed I do wish I could of found the same pads but a bit wider as they only just covered my c section wounds

I've a large patch on calf of wound from water retention causing liquid out of leg , these absorb great and last a long time

Very absorbent & does not leave indentations on skin. I use mine for a lymphoedema wound on my leg, many different brands have left indentations or have not held the fluid so well. I order these all the time now

These aren’t designed to be adhesive , you will have to stick them on with micropore tape, or similar. They are large pads, I’ve been able to use them cut in half with clean sharp scissors. This also makes them a bit more economical. I’ve used them on an area of weeping skin caused by poor circulation, and they have proved to be very absorbent. Each pad is individually sealed in a paper wrap. A thin blue line marks the outside of the dressing, if you cut the rectangular pad in half vertically, you can still see the line. The pads are quite thick, not waterproof at all, but they are absorbent, and will prevent leakage of exudate onto clothing. There is no chemical pad, I’ve used drops of iodine onto the surface, to provide an antiseptic, although the pads themselves are perfectly sterile when correctly handled.

I used one of these pads to protect and cover a wound only to find that the non stick covering around the absorbent pad disintegrated and stuck to the wound. It was only with difficulty that I managed to remove the material.
