st Joseph works to sell your house

Bought it for wife’s relative looking to sell house. Bought it September 2024 when they were in process of clearing house out & hiring contractors to “spruce” up the place. It took about a month to coordinate & complete the repairs. Two weeks before the house was to be put on the market listing, they wrapped up St. Joseph in a cloth, dug a hole in the front of the house, said a prayer (I think they looked online for a prayer that met their needs), covered him up and went about their lives. A week later, realtor called with an interested buyer (before house was listed), showed it & an offer was put in same day. Usual back & forth buyer/seller stuff-30 days later done deal, money in the bank, everyone’s happy. Note: they dug him up once all parties came to terms and now have him in the new house sitting on a shelf. Good realtor, right price, nice neighborhood, or divine intervention-I’m sold.

Nice Product

It works! The house sold..

It works every time!

We had tried to sell our house 8 months ago, having purchased another St Joseph Home Sale kit and although we almost succeeded twice, the sale fell through each time and we lost the house which we had set our hearts on and took ours off the market. Friends and relations said "there must be a reason you didn't get that house" but we couldn't see it at the time. Then in February this year we tried again. Our grandson had told us that he wished we would come and live near him. We purchased another St Joseph Home Selling kit (having left the original one in the ground as advised but which I had felt was a little disrespectful) but the new one was given a place of honour indoors on a shelf as near to the door as possible. In spite of it being a wet and sometimes snowy winter, there was much more interest in our house this time and we soon had an excellent offer from a lovely lady called Jo. It took me a few days to make the connection that her Christian name is Josephine! We thanked St Joseph and left the two in situ in the hope we would be helped to find a new home close to where our grandson lives. Before long we found a great house near to his home and have had our offer on it accepted. It seems that this time, the time was right for our success and that St Joseph, a family man himself, knew what would be best for our family!

Awesome, fingers crossed it works for my aunts house sale.

I purchased this as I had read about it on a house selling tips website, ours had been on the market for a year. It was a last ditch attempt as even though we had had interest it had not gone any further. It says bury Joseph facing away from your property close to you house sign and quite deep. We did with in days we had an offer but didn't reach our asking price days later a second viewing similar offer a bit low. Following weekend another viewing on Monday a second viewing and got just slightly below what we wanted in less than two weeks. Faith may be needed in this purchase but it did work for us and thank Joseph when we move we will dig him up and make a special place in our new home.
