Used these for putting bottles and packs of nutritional products in, first aid supplies, small tools, spare food containers and lids, bags of electronic parts in my lab, small tools, etc, etc. Allowed me to store a great variety of items on my bookcase, in drawers, and on my work bench. Highly recommended for organizing all those items that would just clutter up drawers.

It ok as a storage box if your going to just chuck stuff in it, but the bottom is not flat, it 'bows' up. So if your using for say toiletries etc.. Things like deodorant's can fall over, and it doesn't look very organised because everything is leaning to one side or the other.

The colour of these storage baskets means they sit unobtrusively in the kitchen but are there when needed. I use them for collecting small amounts of recycling before taking them to the larger boxes provided by the council. They are exactly the size I was looking for.
