I was pleasantly surprised to discover that these softgels work so much better than the chewable Simethicone tablets.I suffer with gas mostly blocked gas when I eat certain types of food such as dairy, wheat and vegetables like broccoli for example.And sometimes, I don't even know what causes it but it can be painful and this distension of your abdomen can get embarrassingly large. So much so that your clothes won't even fit.Over the Holidays, I admit I ate a lot of things that didn't agree with me and I paid the price.I began searching for relief and ran across this product and decided to give it a try since 150 pills is a great value for the price.First, I took them after every meal and at bedtime until I got back to looking and feeling normal again which was about 2 days and now I take it when I need it.I find this medicine is phenomenal as a preventive but also is pretty effective after you already have gas and is world's above the chewable tablets (for me anyway).I also like the fact that if I develop gas while in bed; that I can take this without worrying about sugar on my teeth like I did with the chewables.

I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and I go nowhere without this product. It does absolute wonders. I used to suffer terribly if I ate the wrong thing, and I never knew what that wrong thing was.
