Great value
I installed some grab bars in my tile shower. The tile is super hard and I needed to use diamond bits to drill the holes. These bits works fine. They don't last long, but I'm not sure any bits would. You will go through several of them so it is great to buy a pack of 10 and just use them. I think I could drill like 1.5 holes per drill bit. Helps to run water over the bit when drilling and also to use some sort of drill guide. Would definitely buy these again if I needed to drill through tile.

50+ holes with one drill
I consider this purchase to be an Excellent value. This is my first experience with diamond tipped hole cutters. I got these to make tie down holes in ceramic bonsai pots . Used them on both glazed and unglazed pots I'm very pleased with how well most of them work. I drilled slowly most of the time using water for cooling. It didn't really seem to get very hot even without the water. Start your holes with the drill tilted at a 45 degree angle and spinning fast. Once a small crescent is made, slowly tip the drill up to a 90 degree angle and slow the drill speed. For greatest longevity of drill bits Operate drill at a fairly slow speed and use water to cool. I dinged these one star because the bits aren't quite consistent in starting a cut.

Worked great!
We had yo drill 4 holes in the wall in porcelain tiles so we could hang up a shelf. I used a spray bottle with water to keep it wet while my husband drilled. Worked great! We used 1 bit for each hole, but it was well worth it!

Not 1/4 inch!
I bought these as they were a good price and I wanted the drill bits all the same size in the package. They were described as 6mm diameter with 1/4" in parentheses- I found after I drilled about 20 glass plates that 6mm is NOT the same as 1/4 inch- it is smaller. I had to reorder more drill bits that were described as 1/4 inch and then redrill all the plates. That did not make me happy. The quality of the product may be okay, but they are wrongly described. This should be corrected.

Not for my job
I needed to drill several 6mm holes into roof tile and tried these bits, as they seemed to be the recommended drill bits for such a job on several YouTube videos. Maybe they work on some tiles, but they were of no real help on the cement tiles I have on my roof. Starting the hole with these bits was tricky (I had to use a regular masonry bit to start to hole and then swap) and then progress was extremely slow. The bits clogged up continuously even though I was rinsing them off every 10 seconds and I'm sure that's part of the reason they lost their ability to cut after a while. Not suitable for my application.

Worked great for natural stone
Cut through natural stone more easily than other bits I have used in the past.

Worked very well
Drilled thru ceramic tile with no cracking. You can drill about four holes before you need a new bit. Buy more than you think you need. They do work well.We had to attach bars for an 84 year old in her shower.

Awesome
Great value! Worked great! Had to change bits after about 5 pots. But 10 for $19.99 makes it ok.

Did the job
Won’t call them amazing but for the price they worked fine. Drilled porcelain tile 3/8 thick while using spray bottle with water. Used new one for every 2 holes just to go quicker. So for the cost these are fine and get the job done.

Amazing value for money
Surprise that I was able to get 12 holes out of a single bit given this was very hard Vitrified porcelain. Just use water and don't burn it out. Super value for money. Whoever had trouble using it just should not be given tools.

There’s a reason you get 10 bits
I used 6 bits to drill through one porcelain tile (5/16 thick). Needed to drill 2 holes so I ran out of these bits for second hole.Spend the extra money and buy a better set.

5 holes drilled with 1 but but there's a catch
These bit are useless if cutting dry but if you are just a home DIYer get these and do what I did to make them last.To make them last hold a wet sponge against the top of the bit as it spins and make sure to remove the bit and dunk in water as soon as the water around the bit dries up. Keep these bit cool and they will be good for up to 6 holes in 3/8" tile
