This is better than the ham!
I really was pleased with this Ibérico loin. It was fresh and the quality was great. An excellent intro to Ibérico pork products. Sweeter than the ham (jamón) and less nutty (acorn). I also liked the texture better - it’s a bit firmer and less oily. Closer to a pepperoni. Super yummy. I can’t imagine how it tastes freshly cut right off the leg!

Don’t buy it
This is not very good. As someone else wrote , it tastes like salami . Certainly no where near Spain quality and not fresh. Don’t waste your money.
