Loves these bars! Bought the peanut butter. There’s a little bit of oil on the packaging, but nothing major. Put them in the fridge for a couple hours as recommended and they formed up. What I love is that they are gluten-free, no soy, no pea protein (which is a natural contraceptive), no dairy, and there’s still 14 grams of protein and low carb/glycemic index. Finally a bar that knows what women want! Tastes great and doesn’t sit like a rock in my stomach like other protein bars. I’m now a repeat customer.

This new Peanut Butter & Ancient Grains flavor is amazing. I purchased a box for our Womem’s Field Hockey 🏑 team and now they want to try every flavor. It’s our new official team snack as we win every time the team has bars to eat pre game or half time. The Eat Like A Woman book said the “Office of Women’s Health” in Washington DC has discovered that women burn more fat than men while working out - so these bars are truly Science based and Gender specific!

nice coconut flavor, but it was a soft chewy bar - which I don't particularly care for. I prefer the crunchy bars.

Taste is horrible. So not buy. Price is good, but could not eat them.

As a licensed integrative nutritionist I am always looking for clean, nutrient dense, convenience food for my clients and myself. I only rated these 4 stars because, while the flavor and texture are amazing they are a bit oily. While the oilyness is not a problem for my taste buds it does get on my hands just opening the package. Despite this these bars will become a regular that I use and recommend and the bit of oil on my hands will be a nice cuticle treatment!**UPDATE** Since ordering these they have increased by $9 per box plus shipping!!! Unfortunately they are nearing too expensive to have these be a regular in the pantry. I would buy again at the inflated price of they were prime free shipping.

I loved these bars, then they took them off Amazon and started selling them for $40 a box on their website only. They have recently returned to Amazon so I ordered 2 boxes. They taste like they have been sitting in a warehouse since they couldn't sell them at $40 a box. So disappointed!

Way too sweet! It may not have any "sugar Alcohols" but brown rice syrup is third ingredient and also includes honey, chicory root, AND Munk fruit all of which are sweeteners. I ate half a bar and it made my blood sugar Spike. I love the philosophy of this company and want to support it, but it's disappointing how the description is so misleading. This may be technically paleo friendly but it's more like a commercial candy bar than a healthy snack...and way more expensive.

These are so good! The best I’ve had in protein bars and bonus they are Paleo!
