The 500 Hidden Secrets of Paris

There are many places of interest that I’ve never heard of and that I enjoyed reading about. Love this small green book. Easy to carry if you are actually visiting Paris.

This book is great for anyone planning a trip to Paris and will be there several days. It has many tips on everything from museums to restaurants to places to stay....everything you will need to have a fabulous vacations in the city of lights.

Excellent book. Descriptions, directions, photos...just lovely. Although we did not have it on our last month long trip to France where our base was Paris, they did mention some places we found ourselves & they were right on the money. We have found that asking the locals (who are so very charming & nice) where they would go for various things, introduces you to the real Paris. Great little book.

We visited so many of the places in this book and were not disappointed. Very good recommendations of places to go that are not necessarily touristy. If you are into doing things in Paris that are more in line with where the Parisians go, this is the book for you.

I'm in Paris as I write this and I'm so happy to have this little guide book along. A couple of the "secrets" have either closed or are under renovation, but the book has introduced me to lots of gems. Who knew about the little street "Rue du Chat qui Peche,: let alone the fact that it was built in 1540 to give people access to the Seine? I highly recommend this book to anyone who is planning a trip to Paris. Of 500 secrets, some are sure to be of interest to everyone. Not as good as some of the others but still an excellent resource.

What a gem. This definitely was worth purchasing to discover additional destinations.

This is a book of "5 of this" and "5 of that." There were several places listed that I was unfamiliar with. Some listed sites didn't have very good reviews on Trip Advisor.

Great book the person I bought it for loved it

I wasn't sure how good this would be, but we used it a lot on a recent short break to Paris. Some good ideas for places to eat and more unusual things to see.
